Beautiful place

The condition of the suit is good, the washing machine is dirty, and the mattress of the bed was really uncomfortable compare with any other hotels my wife and I stayed. Could not sleep properly due to the sunk mattress surface, and both our back hurts after sleeping. If this can be solved than overall is good.

Very difficult to contact on the weekend so had a hard time confirming after hours check in and parking option. Otherwise, this place is great

This is an amazing place to stay!

Very clean, spacious, modern space. Some toiletries provided. Great location in Little Italy. Great value for price. Nice amenities in the apartment. Parking underground for a fee. Two areas for improvement are 1. The mattress in my unit was a little warped in the middle. Not as comfortable as I had hoped. 2. Communication is limited. I did not get the check in email but got there for check-in before concierge closed at 5. They did not respond to my message on Expedia about parking. When I called, nobody answered. Took three tries to get someone on the phone. Very helpful once I reached them. This is not a traditional hotel set up so I understand communication can be limited but this is an area for improvement. That said, I would definitely return as I have the process down pat now.

The property was very nice, but the unit we had was directly over the entrance to the garage, and we could hear the overhead garage door opening each time. The windows looked right out onto the front entrance. Would've preferred blinds that came down from the top, to let in light but maintain some privacy for the bottom half of the windows which were to the floor.

Super helpful staff, comfortable apartment, very clean, convenient location! My go to place for business once a month for a year now and moving forward!

Wonderful view and the bed was really comfortable

The place was really stunning, and convenient location but there were a few things that made it not as stellar as it could have been, the Internet was spotty and crashed twice and not having a staff person at concierge at all times mad with impossible to maneuver. I missed a meeting this morning because by the time the concierge opened their office I couldn't hook on to the Internet. The checking i process, although explained well and hospitality attitude professional and good, the fact that there isn't assistance at all times makes it so that you have to fend for yourself to understand things k your own and if internet as an issue (because you're a guest from outside of Canada) then you may encounter issues. All in all, it was a pleasure and I would definitely come back, I would just be more careful ony expectation for how to schedule meetings

Big, clean and modern. Indoor parking (especially in winter) is a big plus.

This is a beautiful modern property unfortunately only one restaurant within walking distance. The price was reasonable for a couple of nights

We have stayed here many times and we always feel right at home.

Second time staying here. Great location. Parking is excellent and easy to get up to the room. Room was great. Front desk was terrific. Gym was nice. Mattress smelled of humanity, so it either needs a deep cleaning or be replaced.

Clean the carpets, there is a musty smell. I like the place and would like to continue to stay there considering I go to Ottawa every month. But the smell bothered me so much I had to go buy a candle at the store.

this place is clean and easy to access. i was on the first floor and enjoyed the stay. Gym is fine too. the only issue is communication. i can’t find anyone to ask for anything at the reception, even during the day. i have no idea that there is extra charges. not a big extra amount but i’d like to see the receipt and items. if you are the type of person that will need room service or change towels, don’t book here.
