Would be great to have 24/7 concierge. My room card stopped working after hours, and I had to call an out-of-town number to reach a contact person who then called a local security agent to open the door.

Great location, clean amenities

Clean room, easy to walk everywhere , very central

The room was dry, the floors were warped and had massive gaps in the boards, the bathroom door barely opened, the blinds were not thick enough to block out the street lights, there were mystery stains in the hallway and dogs could be heard barking around 7am. On top of all this they don't have a 24/7 concierge onsite, so if you get locked out of your room like I did, you need to call an emergency hotline number. They sent out a technician with a master key to fix the issue, only it couldn't be fixed by him because the battery built into the door lock was broken. Then they had to call in the manager, he was great, but it took another 30 minutes for him to get there. I was locked out of my room for over and hour and a half at 10:30pm. I mentioned the humidity issue to the manager, and he mentioned it was a known issue, thats been unresolved for years. The hotel did comp one night of my stay, but I still would never recommend staying there to a friend. It really detracted from the quality of my stay in Ottawa overall.

The kitchen was fully equipped and there were laundry supplies available for use.

It was a lovely space but was difficult to keep warm, not well stocked or equipped (no pan for the oven, 2 coffee pods for a six night stay) and no water pressure (if it’s that low, change the shower head. Water flows almost straight down).

The 2 bedroom apartment was excellent. We had an on-suite washer and dryer, so we came home with clean clothes. It's at the top of Dow's Lake, one block from Preston, so a very walkable neighborhood.

The apartment was very clean and the staff always nice to answer my questions. There is no much shops near by, but the train station is very close.

A suite complete with kitchen, living & donning area, bed room and toilet. Very comfortable for 2 people. Friendly and helpful staff. A grocery shop nearby with reasonable pricing. The property is within a very short distance from the OTrain station, giving easy access to major attractions in Ottawa. We enjoyed our stay here.
