Staff was very kind, rooms and space was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was often cold and not as nice as we were expecting from rave reviews.

We loved this place! Super friendly and helpful staff. Loved the steam room and sauna experience (remember to make reservations for that!). Walkable to a lot! Don’t miss the flower and veggie markets!

Great hotel, spotless and well decorated rooms. Gym and breakfast is good and the staff cannot do enough for you. The only issue is parking can be a challenge. Otherwise fabulous

Big lovely room. But what made our trip so special was Mateo and Leon. It was if we had our own personal tour guides in Zagreb. They were wonderful!

The room is in very good condition, very friendly staff and meets all the requirements. Great breakfast location etc. Only deadly disadvantage is right next to the track where tram goes and the most busiest street of Zagreb, when the tram passing by the whole room vibrates and caused my sleeping quality drops. Tram runs from 05:00 to 0:30 everyday.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff at check in were lovely. The airline lost my luggage and they let me use the phone at the front desk as much as I needed. The restaurant and the breakfast were great. A server, Adel, was so patient and amazing.

Very clean room. Great staff. Mateo at the front desk made our trip memorable. He went out of his way to ensure our trip to Zagreb was special. Congratulations on hiring such wonderful staff that go beyond what is expected.

Per usual, i loved my stay at this hotel, no complaints. Exceptional compliments go to the staff!

There wasn’t a real spar facility. Only a sauna and additional paid massages. Everything else was great.

I liked the idea that is walking distance from major city landmarks.
