Overall, we had a great experience, and the catering staff were exceptional—very attentive and warm throughout our stay. The only thing we found a bit unusual was being asked for IDs from each person in the couple, though we assume this may be part of local compliance. Otherwise, everything was excellent

The rooms are good - though non smoking , someone just doesn’t care . Housekeeping should have been alert before room allotment to next guests. Alas this was missing. The bar is not for family though we sat there . Better to be in the room .

Unhelpful staff, poor AC, corridors without ac. Stuffy feeling in corridors.

We were travelling and stayed at this wonderful hotel overnight. I have stayed at various hotels around the world and I can very well say, it was a really comfortable and excellent stay Covid safety - There were adequate measures such as temperature check, staff wearing masks and sanitizers at various locations. Check in and room - The check in was quick and smooth. We had booked junior suite but were given a free upgrade to the executive suite. Executive suite was awesome. Although a couple of electrical points didn't work but everything else was top class. Restaurant and room service - We used room service for dinner and had buffet breakfast at the restaurant. Room service was quick and food was delicious. The breakfast had many options including dosa, idli, sambar, poha, aloo-poori, eggs made to order, pancakes, oats, cereal, potato, beans, chicken sausage, salad, breads, muffins, donut, juice, coffee,tea etc. There were even gloves available to wear at the restaurant which is great from covid safety point of view. Staff - The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We stayed twice in this hotel during our travel and would be back without any hesitation whenever we visit Jhansi again. We stayed here for 1night. It was a good sized room, very clean and in the heart of the city. It is also very close to the station. Food is good. Good place to stay

En cuanto al hotel no tengo ninguna queja, solo la ubicación, queríamos visitar Orchha y solo encontramos este hotel que estaba en Jhansi y fue un poco caótico llegar, en gran parte porque estaban arreglando la carretera!!!!

Great hotel, probably the best in Jhansi. Absolut friendly people on the reception, service, housekeeping etc. Will come again!
