El hotel está muy bien para descansar, el personal amable y el servicio excelente, pero está lejos de todo, no hay actividades cerca, tampoco puedes llegar caminando a ninguna parte. No hay transporte público a la mano.

Front desk help was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However I didn't like the towels, they were very old and needed to be replaced.Also, my pillow wasn't comfortable and I had to request another one which the hotel provided to me. Breakfast is good and buffet type but if you want pancakes or other special breakfast items you have to pay about 3 dollars more. This hotel is far away from downtown so, next time I'll book another hotel nearer.

The only I really do no like was the bath towel. it is like a piece of cloth instead of felling thick thick cotton sensation A possible improvement could be Offering tissues and at least one drawer for cloth

I People need really a good customer service The best part nobody smile

has a very funny strange smell in the lobby, staff is very rude, and the food (the breakfast) is nasty. and the owels in the room had stains on it, the room is quiet dirty and if you complain or say something they treat you like if you were the bad guy. House keeping also does ot respect people are sleeping. they just dont care. do not ever recommend this place on expedia. the pictures are not real

Todo bien, solo dos detalles: ruido toda la noche, el seguro de la puerta roto. Fuera de eso, regular.

This is over all, one of the best One Hotel I stayed in Mexico. Super clean, good breakfast and very comfy.

bathroom hand wash was split of blood and poor cleaning, disgusting and antihigienic shower was full of hair of the guests before us. service was “good”. poor cleaning and antihigienic. bad experience.

Check in process to long, there is only one recepcionist for checkin and out.
