For the price I though Hotel will have breakfast include but no, for $160 the night in Youngstown Downtown at least breakfast for free in the Hotel not the Restaurant will be nice…

The property is always clean and rooms are amazing! I love the double tree i always have!

Front desk staff at check in couldnt find our reservatation an wanted to re charge us about 600.00. They have a parking garage but we had to pay 10.00 every time we left for parking. At check out we were informed about a key for the garage. Really. We stayed 3 days we no information about the key for parking.

Would never stay here again. Room was nice (junior suite), but service is lacking. Both staff could be more welcoming. They should offer more than one cookie for a couple. The water pressure in the showers are non existent. Worst Doubletree experience ever.

Good location and easy access to highway. Room was ready, clean and quiet.

I was so happy with the service, everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was so big and roomy and everything was just lovely for what the price was. Parking was easy too and close to the building which is a plus! Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel and nice rooms

I loved the benches at end of both beds. I loved the size of the room and LOVED the restaurant, excellent food and drink options. However, I was disappointed to be charged for the room even though I had pre payed it ahead of time through Expedia. I will check of credit card statement for reimbursement or credit.

Our stay with you is always good. This time we were on the third floor, which our windows opened to roof and there were several dead birds that had been there for awhile. Just was not the most pleasant to open the windows up to. Linens were not in closet, we had to call, which they were quick. Found a hair from previous guest in shower, but I understand that can be hard to miss. I just write in to be honest, but we will be staying there again in future as it’s our fav hotel in area.
