The room is very comfortable, especially I really like the room, it's just a shame that the breakfast menu has little variety🥹

Booked room for our wedding anniversary and the service was excellent💯 We got voucher for welcome drink while we were waiting for our room. The room is spacious (and they have byredo for ther amenities), we love their breakfast option, and the fact that it has an easy access to Pondok Indah Mall. I put notes that we were there for our wedding anniversary and we got all this little surprise from writings on the mirror and special cake. Definitely will come back!

Amazing staff, accommodated me through my honeymoon stay.

A 5-star hotel with super duper friendly staff. When we checked in, we were given a 50% discount voucher for dinner at the restaurant, and a voucher for free coffee or tea at the lounge. We were also given free biscuits. The room was very comfortable, the facilities were complete. Super recommended!

It was really a pleasant stay! The staff are friendly, the room was spacious, and nothing beats the location (it being adjacent to PIM). However, my only complaint is the Wi-Fi is pretty slow, but overall a really good stay, would definitely return!

Our family just finished a short vacation at the Intercontinental Hotel and the experience was truly amazing. From the fast and friendly check-in process, to the very comfortable and clean room facilities — everything made us feel right at home. The hotel location is very strategic, connected to PIM 2, but still quiet for a rest. The breakfast was also very satisfying, with a variety of delicious menu choices. local to international food. The most impressive thing is the service of the staff who are very professional, friendly and attentive. Overall, staying at the Intercontinental is the right choice for a family vacation. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to friends.

We ordered twin beds for 3 people, it was written as free breakfast on Traveloka, but when we arrived we had to add an extra bed so that we could accommodate 3 people and to get breakfast for the 3rd person, and to use the extra bed we had to upgrade to a king size room. The rest of the hotel's service is the best, the varied and delicious breakfast menu makes the extra money spent very worth it. Plus, easy access to Pondok Indah Mall really helps to make it easier to celebrate the holidays

Very comfortable, and the location is close to Pondok Indah Mall, making it an experience and uniqueness in itself.

The staff was unprofessional. I got things at the reception and I asked to bring it up to my room. It was 11:00, then 30 minutes later I came down by myself to pick it up. I saw 2 of the staffs were just sitting on the couch talking to each other doing nothing after I picked my stuff up at 00:08 AM! The hotel called my room. Oh my God, so annoying because I was in the middle of meditation. The most thing I don't like is the bedding, so smelly 🥲🥲🥲.

This is the umpteenth time staying at Intercontinental and satisfied with the responsive service and immediately helping us, even though we had to move rooms from 1516 to 1610 because of the AC not being cold, we are still satisfied because of the responsive service and good feedback to the guests. Thank you to the super friendly Ms. Brenda and also Mr. Harris who has listened to guest input to improve the facilities in the room even better. The swimming pool is GREAT, the view is cool and the life guard is very helpful in taking our pictures 💙. A fun staycation vacation at Intercontinental. Very Recommended 👍
