We were there for three nights, it was very nice, good location, great for a rest and near mirador Nervion for a good walk. Good food nearby. Markets available close to hotel.

definitely not a 4 stars hotel.no enought people working at same time.i been waiting 15 min to do the check in at 9 pm.beside that staff was rwally helpfull and nice. No usb outlets to charge cellphone and no hair conditioner.

Great service

Really enjoyed our one night stay on the way to catch the ferry from Bilboa . It was a Mid week late October so most of the restaurants in Orduna were shut. We ate in the hotel dining room and were delighted with the quality of the food., in particular the steak with Roquefort sauce .

Great Hotel but needs signage! Couldn't access the road until the lady in the tourist office removed the bollards for us! Food in the restaurant was adequate. Very friendly staff on reception and in the bar.Lovely courtyard for drinks and snacks. Small amount of parking but locals very helpful. Overall a good experience - would return as the views on the journey in and different direction out are quite spectacular.

Beautiful hotel/spa housed in an historical building in the center of Orduna. Wonderful accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. Truly a 5 start hotel.

Used the hotel for an overnight stay on the return drive to the UK from the Algarve. Hotel was formerly a public building built in 1790's and is located in the main town square of Orduna which is beautifully maintained. The hotel has been refurbished to a good standard in the public areas though my eye was drawn to misaligned tiles in bathrooms and various other "snags" that should really be resolved. The rooms are very good if you can see past the snags!! We arrived very late and the evening reception staff were very helpful though they had limited English but they had more English than I had Spanish!! All considered a good hotel, slightly off the beaten track but loads of restaurants/bars close by

Los armarios de las habitaciones tenían cortinas como los del Ikea, mesillas sin cajones, baño sin puerta, balneario SJACUZZI

Accueil convenable, seul l'espagnol est parlé... Hôtel beau mais très mal insonorisé, on entend la rue comme si l'on y était et le voisin comme si il dormait avec vous... Les cloisons sont en carton. Comme dans les mobil home... La piscine n'est pas ouverte le Lundi... Il serait bon de le préciser...

Excelente estancia

El hotel es caro para el tipo de habitación que ofrece. Lo que menos gustó es la moqueta en habitaciones y pasillos del hotel. El armario es un estante con una cortina como puerta. El mueble del lavabo no existe, es un cubo con puertas (cortas). El conjunto de ducha y lavabo no tiene puerta. Inodoro y bidé a la ducha y lavabo es independiente y con puerta.

Absolument aucun reproche à faire sur le service hôtelier. Personnel très attentionné et aimable. Le bémol : le coût du petit déjeuner type buffet facturé à 20 € par personne ! Cordialement

Es muy amplio, bonito y cómodo.

Etablissement plus que moyens, spa et salle de sport fermé pour soit disant nettoyage. Les détails ne sont absolument pas soigné je ne reviendrais jamais.

La habitacion era acogedora y elegante. No pasamos frio. Es un hotel muy agradable.
