The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent - right across from Hbf and easy walk to everything. Room was well appointed - plenty of room, comfortable bed, nice shower.

The location is very close to HBF, so close to a lot of things and a twenty min walk to the Dom. But like most HBF, a lot of undesirables hang out there in the evening. Staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. Fabulously cute Austrian decor. And a FABULOUS restaurant downstairs. It’s a must. Ensure you request a room with a separate shower room. Mine wasn’t separate and the mist from the shower etc went straight into the bedroom, which was tricky as due to winter I couldn’t open the window to air the place out. Good security with card entry. Loved the Christmas decorations.

Incredible attention to detail! Although the room is small everything in it shows that the innkeeper has great pride in their establishment. There is unique woodwork and extras like the bottled water in a flip down cabinet. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of great food. Location is close to the train station which I found good but others may find a little noisy.

A room at Edel Weiss is very good value, emphasis on the value, it’s not a luxury hotel by any means, bathroom and rooms are small and have basic amenities, clean but are getting tired. Good a solo traveller for a couple nights. The hotel is Bavarian and alpine themed, very nice decor, cheesy but it’s nice to see the effort that has been made. The restaurant offers great food for a fair price. The breakfast available is quite expensive for what is available. The hotel is opposite the main train station so there is a quite a lot of traffic from trams and busy streets during the day and evening. With the windows closed you hardly notice it. The area is relatively safe, there are hotels either side next door, bars and restaurants in the area. Just keep your wits about you when outside late, as there may be homeless people or drunk groups passing by. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would come back

Really lovely, charming, original independent hotel. Spotlessly clean and a very nice Bavarian theme. Great restaurant underneath. By far the best option at this price in Bremen.

The staff was wonderful and the owners treated us like royalty at the restaurant. They were so friendly and welcoming. It was a great experience and we fell in love with Bremen. We would definitely book another stay here when we go back to Germany!

Noisy due to location near park and train station; older gentleman at front desk not friendly and speaks virtually no English; convenient but unpleasant neighborhood with lots of street people who have obvious serious mental health issue... at best it is disturbing, at worst it feels rather unsafe; strict limitations on check-in timing; inside the room is ok, but wifi was poor

Adorable and charming Bavarian Style Hotel with wonderful staff. This hotel exceeded my expectations, everything was prepared thoughtful and lovingly. (Few examples: Teddybear on bed and water bottle hidden in a birdhouse) The breakfast and location were fantastic! Will definitely return again!

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and nice. Various food options were included in the breakfast. What I like the most about this hotel was its location. It is located just few hundred meters from the main train station and you are 10 minute walk away from the historical part of Bremen.
