Always great stay at one of my favorite hotels

Fabulous property, really accessible to main areas in Aiya Napa. Staff really friendly, attentive and helpful. Food & drinks. 5*

Fantastic service from all the staff, food was great and the drinks were all very good (and comparatively well-priced for Ayia Napa) Only disappointment was the limited number of sunbeds at the rooftop bar/pool; and a cracked/damaged glass fonted balcony at our room.

The hotel room lacked basic necessities such as a hair dryer and an ironing board/iron. Not a good location as up on a hill.

Air con was useless room was far to hot complained more than once nothing got done about it.

What an amazing hotel. The rooms are cute, modern and the rooftop view, pool and food and drinks were amazing. The staff was always polite and always helpful. The prices were great as well. The Asian buffet was delicious where we went twice on our stay. The rooms are very smart but sometimes too smart and detailed instructions should be provided.

Really nice stay at Hotel Napa Suites just before the Christmas. The hotel had really put effort on making the place look nice and there were all kinds of amazing decorations in festive spirit. The location is conveniently within walking distance from the Aiya Napa attractions, but not in the middle of all the bars, so it is pleasantly quieter. The staff was very helpful and nice. The restaurants were open, even if the hotel was fairly quiet during this off-season. Especially restaurant staff was just amazing, always helpful! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Parking was next to property and very easy to use.

Nice little hotel with excellent rooftop swimming pool and bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there is quite a lot of noise during the night and morning on the rooms facing the road, which left us feeling tired due to the bad quality of sleep we got. Staff is aware of this issue but didn’t give us a room facing the other side.

The best of our stay in Cyprus, the staff is great nice and super friendly ftom the front desk to the people in the restaurants. When we arrived we receive a champagne glass in the room, the place was neat clean, fun at the pool area. The staff and attention in the breakfast was amazing, quality of food and service of a 5 star hotel. The only thing is that the app the use for managing the air conditioner dident work and the telephone too so we have to come downstairs and the problems was resolved. Another good thing the allow us to stay until 4 PM beacuse our flight was leaving late. And this make us a diffrence

Stayed at this lovely little hotel for a few days pre-season (late April). I had a great large room with a balcony with sea view. The hotel is just up the street from the main tourist area, a 15-20 minute walk with restaurants and clubs along the way. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony. The roof pool area is spectacular and the breakfast choices quite extensive. An advantage for anybody who plans to use the hotel as a base for day trips is its proximity to the highway. The only real negative is that the hotel is just above a busy roundabout. It could be quite noisy on the balcony, but I couldn’t hear it inside the room when the door was closed. Staff was lovely and accommodating. No real complaints!
