Loved our stay at this wonderful boutique hotel a short walk from the central Venice train station. We were greeted with a smile, and a complimentary cappuccino upon our early arrival. Martina at the front desk and the hotel manager went out of their way to help us settle in. We were in room 203 featuring a nautical theme. Large, comfortable room made me feel like I was back on my brother’s cabin cruiser. The room was spotless, quiet and the free mini bar items were much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious. The hotel is in a quiet area of Santa Croce, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. Great value for the money, and I’ll be recommending this fabulous boutique to my friends and family. Molto Bene!

This was our first time in Italy and we started in Venice. Santa Croce not only had the most beautiful accommodations, their staff was incredible. We arrived late on our train and the gentleman arranged a dinner at a local restaurant and then walked us to our location, so we wouldn’t get lost. He recommended other amazing things to do on our trip and his food choices were even better. I highly recommend staying here. It is a slice of heaven in the most beautiful city. My husband and I will be coming back and not staying anywhere else! Also, incredibly quiet and amazing breakfast.

Beautiful room that was clean and quiet but still walking distance to St Marks and other tourist attractions. Reception was very friendly and helpful, especially Roberto! Would stay there again!

What a lovely place! The room was well-kept and gorgeous, and I loved the ceiling windows in our room. The bathroom was very clean and modern, with plenty of light. The breakfast was also top-notch. The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance. The staffs were very welcoming and kind. They even offered a couple glasses of free prosecco for my husband's birthday. We had a wonderful time!

Exceeded our expectations in every way. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Our family stayed in a significantly more expensive hotel not far from here, and everyone agreed this was superior.

It was a nice hotel

I really loved this hotel. Facility was in beautiful condition (unusual from my experience with about 5-6 Venice hotels) with well-appointed rooms with great beds and well-appointed bathrooms. Conveniently located: about a 7-10 minute walk from Santa Lucia train station and even less time to the nearest vaporetto stop while at the same time it was in a much quieter section of an otherwise noisy city. But by far the best part of the hotel was the amazing staff -- very welcoming, very helpful in offering suggestions for restaurants, etc. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!

The hotel is in a nice location in the sense that the neighborhood is quieter and more residential than other parts of Venice. However, it's within 3-5 mins walk from a waterbus dock so it was still easy to get around. The hotel was decorated nicely, with a fruity scent throughout the lobby. The room was modern, with mini-fridge, big TV, and electric controls for different room lights. The bathroom had a "rainfall" shower head on the ceiling so it was nice and relaxing, although the water drained slowly on the ground, so there was a bit of water buildup in the shower area.

We loved our stay at the Santa Croce Hotel! It was an easy walk from the train station, but felt removed from all the hustle and bustle. Every single member of the staff that we encountered from the front desk to the bartender and staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous and had great amenities and was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Venice, we will absolutely stay here again.

Wow, what a BEAUTIFUL hotel!!! Easily one of our favorite hotels that we’ve ever stayed at. The hotel itself is conveniently located near the train station and bus terminal, which was a bonus for us since Venice isn’t exactly easy to get around with luggage. The hotel itself is wonderfully decorated with personalized touched that really make a guest feel special. The staff were warm, welcoming, and knowledgable. Also, excellent breakfast!

Ericardo, the manager, was so friendly and went out of his way to give us information on the area. He checked on us throughout our stay and made our trip amazing. Thanks!!!!
