Very difficult to find hotel main parking lot closed if you visit assisi go for the day only and stay somewhere nearby

The property is on the high end of Assisi so getting somewhere is all downhill but getting back is all uphill. Parking was difficult. We advise you have a very small car if you want to drive to this property. The help we got from staff and locals getting in and out was good.

Good location, close to lots of eating places and very picturesque. Friendly staff, good breakfast. The area can be a little noisy but you are very close to the centre of town so its inevitable. Would happily stay there again.

Staff was very friendly. Room and bathroom well kept. Breakfast was also very good. Would return.

Great location, good breakfast, nice staff. If your driving need to garage your car in Piazza Mazeotti, a10 minute walk from the hotel.

The place is what you expect. Not 5 stars, but what it promises. Furthermore - BEST location (on the very top) and the staff was ALWAYS accompdating and never "rude". I would come back! Marianna

I gave it 5 stars in most areas considering it’s a 3 star hotel. So many travelers, specially us Americans, rate their stays on five star hotel expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a power outage for about 1 hrs but they dealt with it. I wanted another night which was not available but they found me a room just down the street and checked me in to it at 9am. I liked Il Duomo and the staff and recommend it.
