Had an amazing stay at this property in mid April. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay so wonderful. The room had amazing views and amenities The breakfast was also amazing, so delicious Our stay at sun moon lake residence 8 was the highlight of our two week trip in Taipei.

It felt clean and the staff was ok. They are not used to working at a hotel or a bnb, but they did their best. My main critizism would be the location. I don't know if it is a mistake by Expedia or the hotel, but it is nowhere near where it is indicated on the map. Its way out in the jungle.

The room space is large enough for a family. The bathroom is clean. The surrounded view is good.

We booked a 3-night stay at Residence 8 to do things we had not experienced in our previous trips to Sun Moon Lake, including a stay at a quieter location, away from the crowd and noise. Residence 8 more than met our needs and expectations. We left early on day-2 for mountain hiking, earlier than the scheduled breakfast time, and the host packed us a lunch sack! We loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

A highly highly recommended stay, we were so glad to have came across the listing as it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Taiwan.

The location was amazing and tranquil. It is located away from all the craziness yet just minutes from the main lake front area. The property is beautiful and surrounded by nature. The owners were lovely and more than accommodating. They provided drives to/from the lake and a delicious and filling breakfast. AMAZING value for the price.

If not for the location which is secluded...the hotel is perfect with the best ammentities and service

住宿環境維護的很好，房間很新、很有設計感，很多設計細節，還貼心的準備台茶18號。而且這次很幸運地看到山羌！早餐也很精緻美味，咖啡超棒，是非常舒服的住宿體驗！

Café da manhã maravilhoso, equipe muito atenciosa, quarto grande e limpo, ótimo chuveiro, ambiente lindo com jardim e gramado amplo. Fica a 10-15 minutos de caminhada até a avenida principal, porém não tem iluminação pública na rua que leva até o hotel, então se for voltar caminhando depois do anoitecer é bom levar lanterna. De uber desde a rodoviária levou 5 minutos.

一進到房間就聞到微微的木頭香氣，讓人感到放鬆，房間非常乾淨，格局很好，有迎賓的小茶點和冷泡茶。雖然看不到日月潭，但離水社碼頭很近，開車五分鐘會到
