The owner is very friendly and cute, the check-out date gets up late, almost late but there is a support guy who brings the car to the seoul station, so he still can come back. Comfortable room, suitable for 3 groups, breakfast with noodles, eggs, milk very delicious and fresh 😍

I had an awesome stay at 1012 Namsan House. Loved the temp control faciity of the guesthouse since it was winter when I stayed there. The only disadvantage is the uphill location. I was with my mom and she always get tired walking

We had a great stay at i-house. Very convenient and the owner is very kind and hospitable.

Exactly as per the photo. The room quite spacious and has all cooking facilities. But the location is so up at the hill, near namsan tower cable car. But the view was great. And we did feel like blending in with the locals as the guest house is in local neighbourhood. Our advice, go to namsan cable car, take the lift up and take the stairs down to the place. Less tired that way. But if your choice is to shop in Myeongdong at multiple times, better not at this place. Unless you are a fit person :)

Finding the hotel entrance is very difficult. The hills are very high. No maid to clean it. The winter heaters are not heated at all.

The hospitality is good. They helped us bring our luggage to 4th floor at check-in. The room is not warm enough for winter. The location is on the hill. The road is very steep. It was hard for us to reach there by walking with luggage.

I had a nice experience staying at i-house during my trip for 5 nights. The host was really nice and the maiden was nice too tho she can’t speak in English. They do provide basic breakfast such as bread and milk. The room has a good floor heating system to keep me warm during my winter trip. It is located in a hill so you have to brace yourself every time you’re going back to i-house. Despite of the location it’s really a nice experience staying here, thank you i-house!

It's great to stay here, but yes its hard to walk to get there

The hotel is close to the MRT, clean rooms, private kitchens, family friendly, English speaking staff, rather high climbing, not suitable for people with poor health, near namsan tower.

It is quite nice location, just 10 mins work to Myeong dong shopping street. The host was very nice. Let us check in early event check in time is 2pm. But the hotel is a little dirty and have smell.

The hotel is comfortable .. Clean .. Good facilities .. Fast Wifi .. Good location near myeongdong .. Close to namsan tower .. Close to MRT station myeongdong .. All good .. Highly recommended for all of you if you want to stay in seoul with cheaper price ~ ❤

Good but the road to reach the location is pretty hiking and tiring.

I stayed here for 5 nights, but the hotel had to change rooms 3 times, the third time I was uncomfortable the hotel was not changed. Clean room however you have to climb quite high, will not be suitable for elders.

We stay in this hotel 4 days. The location is on the hill. We must to clam everyday. But if you take a taxi, it take only 9000 won. The location is opposite myeong-dong market where we can eat variety of food and shopping. We are 4 people and stay in 2 big bed room. The room is bigger than we expect. Clean room and great place!!!!
