The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, close to bus stop and train station. Room size is good, modern, clean. Overall very happy with this hotel.

The location is strategic, close to Omiya Station. Across from the hotel are two bus stops for Gion and Arashiyama. There's also a 7/11 just downstairs. The rooms are spacious.

near to station, 7eleven and restaurant, near to nishiki market. good service and staff. small room but great city view

Very convenient as the bus station and Seven Eleven was right in front of the hotel doorstep, and the train station was only a 2-minute walk.

i didn't expect that the room was that big size. They had complete facilities in the room. Location was good and easy access by train or bus. They also very flexible and allow ua to keep luggage until late during my check out date.

I didn't expect the location to be so strategic. From the entrance, I immediately found the bus stops. Then it's close to many places to eat & not far from the train station. The room is very spacious for Japanese standards & a jumbo suitcase is definitely safe when opened. Regret only staying 1 night. Next time I go to Kyoto, I want to stay here again with complimentary breakfast.

Konbinis are seconds away. Lots of food options, from fast food to izakaya and restaurants. MRT and bus are within walking distance. I love the shower. Will definitely go back again to this hotel. I recommend it to all.

Comfortable and Quiet. Facilities are in good condition and modern. Strategic location close to transportation access. Qiuck checked in. However, there are taxes that need to be paid. Overall, good stay.
