Lovely clean room. We were very comfortable here and there are facilities to ale tea/coffee and toast. Right next to the tram station. Really close to the old town and the beach. Highly recommend.

Beautiful stay, all the amenities as expected, didn't feel let down by anything. Would highly recommend. Check in is super chill, right next to the bus stop and tram station relieving a lot of stress from travel if you are relying on transport. The hotel is in the perfect place between old town and the beach making exploration in Altea a joy, want to go to the beach and restaurants? Leave the door take a single road. Want to visit Alteas wonderful Old town? Leave the door, turn left, and take the climb, perfection.

The hotel is small but super well located. The room was cleaned and the AC works perfectly. Everyday I got towels cleaned and room cleaned. Happy because they are pet friendly. A plus was that the TRAM, local train was a two steps from tbe hotel which you can visit other towns, beaches etc. Everything is walking distance. Victoria, the owner, is nice and helped me with some local tips. In common area they have a wonderful espresso machine. For free❤️

Location was amazing as well as rooftop terrace (views were fantasticwitha nice cool breeze). We loved the common are for coffee too.

Relax

Very quaint inn. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Very accommodating. On Main Street but room was pretty soundproof. Enjoyed common room to relax and free bottled water each day. .Refrige in room. One block off the beach next to a great Italian Rest. Footsteps from the tram. Stairs but they helped me with my luggage. Gracias.

Location was great But booked twin beds confirmed twin beds arrived at the hotel we had one double bed. Was travelling with my sister so we wanted 2 beds. The lovely assistant on the day did rectify this but her manager should have told her before we arrived. No staff on the property that we could see to ask about local restaurants bars etc. In the morning went to make coffee but there was no milk and again couldn't see anyone to ask. My confirmation said city view. I guess you meant a road outside and what looked like some derelict shops /flats outside was city for you. I very rarely complain but I feel a few things were misleading.

My rating: one hundred out of ten! I spent five happy days in the wonderful boutique hotel Gran H. La Marina! Many thanks to Victoria, who kindly allowed me to check in earlier than expected! Warm welcome, introduction to the hotel, useful advice from Sergey. How cozy and comfortable I felt with you! For a solo tourist - a great location! How glad I am that after a long search I found your hotel! A historical building from 1920! Only seven rooms and a very homely atmosphere! It seemed to me that I was living alone in this beautiful building! All my main search requests were fulfilled: perfect cleanliness, a hotel with history, authenticity of design, black out curtains, proximity to the sea and the Old Town. Connections with transport, a chic embankment with a huge number of restaurants, bars, cafes is just a stone's throw away. Nearby is the police, the tourist office... Very beautiful design, paintings everywhere, antique handmade tiles, stunning views of the Old Town from a cozy rooftop patio. Very clean and well priced

Great location. Very friendly staff. Free coffee/espresso, tea and snacks.

Altea is a lovely location, maybe the only things is shops in the area. The property was brilliant and conveniently closed to the train and bus.

This was a great spot to stay while visiting family in the area. Convenient location, stylish rooms and very comfortable.

Fantastic 1920 property kept in impeccable condition. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I booked the wrong week by accident but she quickly corrected it. She was very knowledgeable of the area and gave me great advice. I will definitely return.

The property was immaculate. The best part of our stay was the owner and her daughter. Amazing people! The hotel was beautiful and well-kept. This was by far the nicest hotel we stayed in Spain. We explored several different price points and some almost triple this price but none of them were compared. Seconds from the beach and restaurants. If you stay make sure you have water shoes because the beach has pebbles, not sand
