Nice except there was no shampoo or conditioner

Extremely inflexible. Had an emergency and asked to move my reservation date. The staff didn’t care and charged me the night I didn’t stay. Won’t book this property again

Distance from airport to hotel is not accurate on application shows 17 min and it is 35 min away. When we arrive no one was at the entrance desk and no sign to take the elevator to lobby that is located on the next floor we waited over 30 min to be able to check in due to the lock of information

Air conditioning not working, didn't change room because it was fully booked although there was very few people in the building. Bad service even for a low budget hotel chain.

Its hard to find the way in, not enough directions to find the room after checking in, very limited choices of food at breakfast

I loved this hotel very clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfast!

This could have been 5 stars. Hotel is clean, staff is attentive and breakfast was good. However, half way through the stay they asked us to move to another room because they were planning to do maintenance to the floor where we were on. When asked why did they put us in that room in the first place if maintenance was planned. They couldn't answer. I asked them to wait until we checked out but they refused. Obviously an inconvenience for us that the hotel could have avoided if they planned ahead. Shame because it could have been a very nice stay.

Terrible parking system! Is not easy to get out and very difficult to get in! Staff are not great! Buffet for breakfast is terrible!

The hotel was painting the elevators in the parking lot, the strong smell of thinner move towards the room, we were in the second floor and it was awful. We asked for refund and they said they could not do it because it was reserved through hotels.com. They offered another room but the whole building had the smell and it was terrible.
