1-pillows were not comfortable 2- there was no iron and iron table in room 3- no sleepers in room 4- in the main restaurant , the number of the flys was more than the guests.

We had a great family vacation at Liberty Kuşadası. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They even surprised our younger son on his birthday, which made our stay extra special. The pools were fantastic, the atmosphere was very family-friendly, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for helping create wonderful memories for our family.

We were greeted at the Entrance and checked in with the help of the customer service team. All went smoothly and shown up to our rooms. Extra duvet was requested and the sorted promptly. Stayed for 7 nights as a family of 5. Beach clean and tidied daily, pool areas the same. Entertainment team were brilliant and all spoke English. Children's club had things on and children could be signed in and out with no fuss. Restaurants were all clean, staff very helpful and and attentive. We would 100% recommend this hotel, it has a quiet chilled pace, and sometimes you don't get that in an all inclusive. Thank you for a great stay.

It was a good hotel. Pool and entertainment is good. The food is not amazing but good. Great place/stay for families especially if you have young kids. It is short staffed. My table was barely cleaned unless I asked for it. But staff does their best, smiles. I did not see any attitude. The sea is low tide actually terrible, forget about the beach and want to swim in the sea if you are staying with them. Very safe and happy place. Overall I will give 4 stars but definitely not more than that.

It was a great time in a great hotel! We arrived late at midnight at the hotel, and the lobby was very lively, which made us very welcome! We also got the option to have a late dinner, simple but very tasty food in the main restaurant, after our long trip. The staff are amazing, attentive, and courteous. You see people working everywhere all the time (they are very hardworking people, and they do deserve tips always, if you can). The cleanliness isn't 5 stars, and I'm blaming the buildings around the hotel, which are many at this time. So the balcony is always dusty, but you can request to clean it from the app or with housekeeping. The bed wasn't the best one I have had, but it is ok, are couple beds, not 2 single beds together. The towels were changed every day during our stay The main restaurant there has a lot of options of food options from European to Azian. Nice and very tasty! We went to 2 A La Cart restaurants (Mexican and Italian), and even the staff were nice, the food wasn't the best I have tried. So, go to the free options if you have, but don't pay for Italian, even if it is only €10 per person. There are kids' dance and show activities every night. I found it a bit late to start at 20h45, going to 22h, but it should be fine for most. The beach doesn't worsen the trip. I'm a beach person and have been in many beautiful ones. The view is nice and beautiful. The water is clear until kids start playing in the sand on the edge. I think isn't natural sand.

The hotel is huge and looks lovely from the outside. However, the carpets outside the rooms are quite dated, and the wooden flooring inside the rooms creaks badly. There was constant noise until the early hours of the morning, and we were then woken up by a loud crackling sound from the extractor fan. The bathroom also had an awful smell first thing in the morning, which was very unpleasant. The buffet was quite limited, especially for vegetarians, with very few options available. It was extremely crowded, and there was a lot of cross-contamination from the meat dishes. For a five-star hotel, the little touches that make a stay feel special seemed lost in catering for the masses. Sadly, it didn’t live up to the five-star expectations.

Great hotel and lovely experience

Liberty was one of the stops on our two-week trip to Turkiye. Here's a summary of our experience: Pros: The property is impressive, resembling a cruise ship in its grandeur. The buffet is exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The nightly events were entertaining and enjoyable. Cons: Staff training needs improvement. While some staff members were excellent, others displayed outright racism. For example, at the poolside restaurant, we waited 30 minutes for a server to take our order while others who arrived after us were served promptly. Eventually, we were told the restaurant was closing, and we had to leave without eating. Although we had a suite with a great view, the bathroom had numerous patchwork repairs, and the shower and tub leaked during use. There was active construction next to the hotel, and the beach was tiny. Despite its potential, we left with a bitter taste due to the staff's behavior.

Good hotel overall. Food can be better. Service in snack restaurant and pool bar was poor.

More of an urban retreat ( if that is to your liking ). No birds or wildlife here.

Öncelikle girişte devasa Türk bayrakları görmek bizi ilk bakışta çok memnun etti. Güvende hissettirdi. Böyle işletmelerin olması çok huzur verici. Oda temizdi bir sorun yaşamadık. En önemli özelliği diğer otellere göre inanılmaz kibar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever çalışanlarının olması. Hizmet almaya gittiğimiz yerlerde dayak yemeye alışan biz İstanbullular için nimet. Havuz deniz diğer kaynaklar bizler için fazla fazla yeterliydi. Alkollü ürünlerinin orijinal ve su ile karıştırılmamış olması bile anlamlı aslına bakarsak. Yemekler belki 10/10 demeyeceğim tek kısım. 7-8/10 denebilir. Biz çok memnun kaldık kesinlikle tekrar uğrayacağız.

Tüm çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü, ve bir o kadar da yardımcı oldular. Temizlik, yemekler , etkinlikler ve diğer her şey çok iyi ve kaliteli idi

Estrutura do hotel nova, tudo limpo e organizado. As piscinas são ótimas. Comida boa. Muitas opções para comer em diferentes ambientes. Ótima academia. Pra nós faltou entretenimento em dia de frio. E a sala de jogos é paga. Sem dúvida, neste quesito deixou a desejar.
