Great staff very friendly

The hotel was in a good location and the room was comfortable and clean with a balcony. However, although there was a kettle, no coffee was provided. The breakfast had a great variety but, on both mornings of our stay, the 'hot" choices such as egg, bacon and sausage were cold!

For some reason hotel received a booking for different room type than I had reserved through Expedia. Very helpful receptionist fixed that quickly. Hotel itself could use a little refreshment, but everything was clean and bed was comfortable, that's what really matters. Good location only a few minutes walk from the artificial lake, lots of shops and cafes around.

Excellent staff, very helpful! Clean and quiet hotel

We had booked a room with a double bed and they gave us a twin bed. They only half sorted it out. The bed was not very comfortable either. There was a good buffet choice for breakfast. We had booked a room with a balcony. However, we couldn't use it much because of smokers and all the noisy building construction over the road. The hotel is definitely over rated and expensive.

The room was very nice, clean and had a good view. My main complaint was with front desk staff not being very helpful. No sympathy whatsoever when I arrived earlier than check in time- I understand not being able to give me a room an hour early, but they could have suggested I take advantage of the bar or spa. No menu or information about spa services anywhere. Requested some toiletry items I forgot at home and they were not helpful- didn't have it, didn't suggest where I could get it. When I asked about visiting a local attraction and how best to get there they said a taxi would be best but didn't offer to call one for me or tell me where to find one. Polite but didn't make my life easier.

We absolutely love this place! It is our second year and would return every time we have a chance to visit Albania.

The two girls in the reception were very friendly and helpful. Also the guy in the bar. They all gave us info restaurants exchanges transport etc. hotel is comfy gym was big and a good selection of machines. Swimming pool was small but nice to swim in and cool down. Breakfast was also good and had everything i usually have for breakfast.

A very kind and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable, but is advertised as soundproofed; apparently this is not enough to keep out the noise from the Salsa bar across the street, which plays loud music into the mornings on weekends. Minibar needs a pricelist.

Smelled like cigarettes throughout the hotel. Also, very loud on the room floors. We books this for the gym. While it had a lot of pieces, it was a bit of a mess with random machines, weights, etc. Front desk staff was pleasant.

Mostly given 4 stars on the various apps, as well as what appeared to be a municipal tourist authority, I’d give it 3.5 at best. We were only there for 1 night, our last in the country, so our experience was somewhat limited. The location in Blloku is great! in the thick of the action, restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Front desk greeting was friendly and helpful, though her English was only slightly better than my nearly nonexistent Albanian. The rest of the staff were very good, giving me a free coffee early in the morning before we left, since we had to go before breakfast was served. Our room was large enough to not feel cramped, and the heat was very effective. Per usual in Albania, the bathroom was rather small, but the lighting was good, the toilet and tp (which is surprisingly good throughout the country) were high quality, and there’s a bidet. We didn’t see any bathtubs in 10 days in Albania but the shower had plenty of hot water, and strong pressure with nice toiletries. But the real reason it dropped the half star to 3.5 was the spa. There’s an indoor unheated pool that was large and deep enough with equipment for water exercise. It was very nice and available at no added charge. There was a good sized sauna and steam room but the sauna wasn’t turned on when we got there and the steam was not working at all. Both of those are at an added charge, if you want to use them, let them know at least an hour ahead of your visit. A good, but not great.

Friendly and helpful staff members and they made the extra effort to provide polite assistance. They even refused my tips !

Svårt att hitta då adressen var fel på kartor och hemsida, samt att alla gator runtom är enkelriktade. Men mycket trevligt och fint när man kom dit.
