Great roof pool area. Kind and attentive staff

Brilliant place to stay and reasonable priced. Check out the roof terrace in the day for sunbathing and restaurant for dinner. Would definitely re book

Really stylish hotel in a perfect beach front location, surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants 10 min walk from Ibiza old town. Roof top pool and bar area was brilliant and had a real good vibe and view. Food and drink choices also top notch. All staff friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

As we are checking in the front desk lady gets our name wrong, then another front desk man gives us a bill (of another guest staying there) for us to sign and pay for. Our room was so basic and terrible. It was not how it was described to us on the website. The room service messed up our order and so our food came so late. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel. One of the worst experiences ever, we ended up cutting our stay short and check out the same day few hours later.

We loved it! Can’t wait for our next visit.

We liked this hotel - clean, nice & good location in front of the beach. Staff was friendly and concierge was great and late breakfast and noon checkout was appreciated. No complimentary water in the room was disappointing. Also not a big fan of open concept bathroom with only a glass door to the toilet but this is currently very popular in hotels right now.

Great room, great rooftop area, and the staff are absolutely wonderful!

I’m always disappointed by Ibiza, so we try and balance this with a good hotel. This place gives the impression it’s luxury modern and chic but there’s lots of little improvements needed if it’s to justify the cost. But The most disappointing of all was leaving. We had to be out at 8 am and arrived for breakfast shortly before, where most of it was set up and ready. The breakfast staff virtually ignored us despite agreeing we could sit and have a quick bite before we had to work. No offer of a coffee, just plain rude. This is in direct contrast to the other members of who were very welcoming. Shame really as we’ll look elsewhere when we return.

Clean, modern hotel rooms and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The location is amazing on the beachfront surrounded by many restaurants along the promenade. 5 stars!

I had a wonderful time staying at One Ibiza Suites. The property was immaculate with stunning views from my balcony. One Ibiza Suites will be my go to every time I go Ibiza.

Great location, super comfortable

We had a lovely stay in this relaxing and shic hotel in mid October, its very well located right in the middle of the nicest sweep of the southern beaches. The staff are extrmely friendly and helpful and the overall vibe is one of relaxed easy luxury

Amazing hotel, very clean, incredible staff, very attentive to details. The sea front apartment was absolutely lovely. Excellent location, in front of a beautiful beach, walking distance to the old town and great restaurants. The only point was that we were not informed that the parking had a cost, which I got to know in the check out, so I think a clearer communication when checking in would avoid misunderstandings in this sense in the future.

I stayed here with my 15 Yr old daughter for just one night in October. This hotel really is amazing. It is modern, trendy, clean, friendly and very pink! We were offered a complimentary drink in the roof top bar on arrival, which was very nice. The infinity rooftop pool is just lovely, as are the beds. Towels are in abundance. The rooms are spotless, and we were lucky enough to get an upgrade from courtyard view to sea view. The wine, robes and slippers were an added treat. I didn't eat breakfast there, but it did look very nice, not your average breakfast, but at $35 a head I guess it must be good. We had snacks and drinks in the rooftop bar at sunset, just beautiful! The hotel offer a very courteous bag storage, and they offer changing facilities with showers which is so handy if you have a late flight home. The reception staff / concierge really cannot do enough for you. We'll be back for sure, and next time for longer.
