Very friendly and helpful owner on site. I was allowed to leave my bag in the room ahead of normal check-in time. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely family-run hotel located very central to restaurants and shopping in Biarritz. Very enjoyable stay and friendly people, good breakfast and spacious room.

Lovely period hotel, we had a double bed and two singles, in Two bedrooms, joined by a shared bathroom. Perfect for our family of 4, with 2 children. It got very hot in the day, but we were in a subterranean appartment which stayed cool and had a small terrace next to a bubbling water feature and the garden, so was safe to leave the doors and windows open at night to cool down. We were also given a fan on request. We didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Nice comfortable room with sea view in the distance. Great location for town centre although bars and restaurants closed early (not hotel's fault).

Good location, walking distance to centre

This had a very lovely boutique hotel feeling. It has a lot of character and a very friendly and accommodating staff. I would highly suggest this place to others visiting for first time.

Staying here was an absolute treat. My family and I had the most amazing time, the service is incredible and everything is super clean and very stylish.We loved the breakfasts and how pretty everything was.The location is unbeatable. Thank you for making our stay so memorable, we felt welcomed and at home.

Family run, very French, with a lovely cosy homely feel. Very close to the beaches, market and bars and restaurants.

Un Hôtel magnifique où nous sommes reçus par une dame formidable, et son fils. On presque l'impression d'être dans une maison d'hôte. La décoration est superbe, et la chambre était superbe. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci encore

Accueil personnalisé, chambre cosy, très calme. Située à proximité des plages, des Halles et du jardin public. Petit déjeuner à la carte avec gérante très attentionnée.

J'étais en deplacement sur Biarritz pour le travail. J'avais besoin d'un hôtel confortable en centre ville pour pouvoir me déplacer à pieds. Tout etait impeccable, de l'accueil jusqu'à la chambre. Hôtel familiale très chaleureux.

Struttura un po’ fanè ma camere spaziose e silenziose, molto pulita ed in posizione strategica: il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, davanti ad un bel parco. Permette di godersi al meglio soggiorno a Biarritz!

Le séjour à l'hôtel s'est bien passé. Le seul soucis, c'est que l'ascenseur ne s'arrête pas à l'étage mais entre 2. Les responsables de l'hôtel sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Je recommande fortement.
