Excellent stay. Staff was super helpful. We arrived early and we were able to drop off our luggage. They texted us when our room was ready which was earlier than the posted check in. Location was excellent as we walked everywhere! Great stay!

Nice small hotel in a quiet part of the city, and less than 5 mins walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean and had good water pressure and air conditioning. Buffet breakfast selection was generous and includes hot food cooked to order. (The coffee machine sometimes didn't work.) The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Close to touristy and busy areas but far enough away to be quiet. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good with options to order fresh cooked eggs.

Great hotel, walking distance to everything in San Sebastián. Very nice breakfast too.

The hotel was clean and stylish, but the room was so tiny, especially the bathroom, and the bed wasn't super comfy (not terrible, just not great either). Location is good, and the staff were excellent. It's a good option for the price for a night or two, but I wouldn't stay there for a longer trip due to the comfort level and size of the room.

Location of the property was very convenient to be able to walk to the water and the old town. Our room and the whole hotel was very clean. The receptionist was super helpful.

A 3 minute walk to La Concha beach. Pleasantly off the beaten path in a quiet location, but still close to everything. Had a car & parked it across the street in Garaje Norte for 25€ per day. Room was clean & bed comfortable.

Terrible stay! So many things broken in the room ( e.g. hair dryer, shower, bedside lamp, etc). Front desk was not friendly or helpful. Street noise was very loud. Would not recommend for the price. The only thing good about the stay was the location since we could walk everywhere. My whole family was disappointed.

We stayed here for two nights and were very pleased with this hotel. Our room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and such a wonderful location! This hotel was lovely, quiet, beach is located 5 mins away and we would stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location close to the beach and 10 minute walk to downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Only downside the breakfast isn’t that great and no hotel bar but there are so many options close by in the area it not required to have.
