Its a clean place and safe too the place is so near it park and probably will come back if ever I am at cebu.

The location is pretty good. I booked this since it is only walking distance to The Pyramid and Sugbo Mercado. The room is okay for the price. The location is their selling point.

The place is ideal because it's along IT Park grounds. It is cheap but it is quite difficult to find because it has very small signage..
