Great location if you need to easily get to the bus station the next morning like we did. Two good restaurants right next door. Luka, our host, was super helpful and kind.

Luca was very helpful! There is no elevator but he hauled our heavy bags for us. The room is very modern and clean, WiFi was fine. Easy walk to the port and the bus stop for Old Town is right there at the entrance. Highly recommend!

Great property located next to the main bus station with easy transport access to the old town and surrounding areas. Good sized clean room with good facilities. The host was very friendly and helpful. Good range of food and drink places nearby.

This was one of our favorite properties to stay at. It is a small boutique hotel and the manager is wonderful. The rooms are clean and modern. The location is excellent. The manager was so good at making sure that we had everything we needed and was helpful with any directions And personal opinions of sites to see. You are right down by the water with mini restaurants and shopping available. The rooms are very quiet and the area is very safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

What a fantastic stay! Our room was ready early, our host explained everything about the room. It wasn't a big room but such a fantastic use of space! Plenty of storage, lighting, hot water and even a mini frig. Despite being on a busy street it was completely quiet. Would stay again!

Very clean and comfortable twin room. Luko was friendly and helpful. Rooms are located in a very convenient location for ferry and city bus routes. Similar to a lot of places to stay here there are a few steps to the entrance.

Easy check-in, beautiful decor & space, only about 1/2 flight of stairs to access unit. Short stay but just what we needed!

Thank you so much to our host Luca. He waited for us to get in from the airport to let us in and was a professional throughout the whole process. The property itself is conveniently located to a bunch of food spots and to the port where the ferry picks up. The property was as advertised and was super clean. I would 100% stay there again and recommend that stay to anyone traveling to Dubrovnik. Luca also got us a gift and some champagne for our honeymoon which was very thoughtful. ORA Luxury Rooms was great and I highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik, especially for travelers taking bus from the main station! The hotel manager Luka was very kind and helpful. He helped us with luggages, suggestions on restaurants, etc, and he even gave us a souvenir, and that was very sweet. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The location was also great as we needed to take a bus from the main bus station right across the street. Thank you, Luka!

This is a hidden gem in the city! Our room was impeccably clean. Luca went above and beyond! He graciously showed us all the amenities to our room. We had a very early check out, yet he was there with a smile. He showed us where to pick up a cab, yet when none were there, he went and found one for us. We highly recommend this property. Room was so clean, so quiet and finally a comfortable mattress in Europe!

Excellent & Helpful Staff. Lack of a lift might be a problem for seniors with heavy luggage. This was overcome by the excellent Help of the owner & his son. Difficulty with parking in front of the property as there is a bus stop making this difficult (and an advantage at the same time). Lovely country. Beautiful views. Best wishes.
