Breakfast food quality very poor

ALCOHOL FREE HOTEL This is a alacahol free hotel which you are not told at booking or it’s lost somewhere in small print.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive yo my needs

All staff was awesome , Abdul our housekeeper you rock. Banquet staff was great They even cut a cake for us

Decent hotel with good service. Only issue was expedia stated a 30 percent discount on F&B that did not show in the hotel booking system hence one room service charge was paid without the discount. Front desk fixed the booking when I approached them in person. Breakfast was very good with a great spread and attentive staff that really cared about imparting good service.

A lovely hotel commutable to all shopping areas

Very modern hotel with all necessary things especially for a quick stop over. Clean and quiet. Very close to the airport with cheap uber. Lots of places to eat around.

worst checkin process!!! hotel refused to do checkin with the itinerary booking number and wanted the vouchers for each room for every person

The room was clean. The restaurant was below my expectation.

The lobby had mosquitoes and was hard to sit down. Room was not available when we arrived but then staff did not told us when room was ready. It was wait time of about 2-3 hours

This was my worst recent experience. • My booking included half board, but the hotel’s system showed no meals. • The hair dryer plug didn’t fit the socket properly. • I found an insect in the table salt at the restaurant. • Despite requesting a packed breakfast for my early checkout, it wasn’t ready at the agreed time. After a 10-minute delay, I had to leave for the airport without it.

Was very nice hotel, the cleaner as very helpful, the restaurant staff were very nice as well. Even the checkin person was very friendly and made it easy. Overall all good.

The hotel itself is great, very clean and staff and very helpful. The pool area isn’t great and could really do with some TLC, there is no bar which I find very odd and this let itself down massively. We won’t be returning.

Property is not upto standard of 4 star type hotel. Staff: not good Cleaningness : not good Rooms are not what it shows in online pictures.

Amazing suite and service. The vibe is oerfect for a couple. Food options and portions were pretty good. The private bathroom is what takes the spot. Definitely recommended to book.
