The cheapest for the Kuta beach front location, very affordable within facing the beach location.

Without hotel employees, the swimming pool doesn't work and is dirty, lots of mosquitoes, many outside lights turn off so it's haunted, water facilities are not always there🤦‍♂️

When I came to this hotel we were rejected by the hotel on the grounds that the hotel had been booked in advance by another party so did not receive other guests other people other people. But I have booked through the Traveloka Site and I complained to the hotel and finally after waiting quite a long time I was given. And what really disturbs the hotel that was previously said to have been booked. But I see in the morning many rooms are still empty without any guests staying, emotionally draining stay experience. Hopefully this unpleasant experience does not happen to other guests at this hotel. thanks.

Very disgusting service. The staff is very unfriendly and uneducated. don't have good hospitality. The leader has no responsibility. I ordered a deluxe room but when I got to the location of the room he said it had been booked by someone else even though I had booked from before. Then told to move to the standard but the key did not go there until an hour I waited. My advice to a traveler is not to take this hotel again.

The workers was unprofessional, they didn’t know how to give a good service to customer. No TV, even there was TV. When asked them favour to fix TV, they said they didn’t know how to do. They were busy to play game online on their mobile telephone. Every time we passed them in lobby, they was played. Pity, the hotel was beautiful, but the worker made the hotel unpleasant to stay.

The electricity often suffers from a hot room because of electricity problems.
