Clean rooms with all basic necessities cosy bed though Aircon was not upto mark.good activities for a family vacation. property needs refurbishment specially the balcony Staff were friendly but slow to respond for any needs.

Confirmed booking. No room on arrival. Booked Sterling Wayanad via Expedia and arrived with my kid only to be told the room was unavailable due to a booking error. No prior communication. Expedia and Sterling blamed each other. Their error. Our inconvenience. Contact details posted in Expedia app is invalid.

The property is old and it’s visible in the rooms. The views from room are not great . The whole property layout is decent not wow. I have been to better properties. Food was good

Pool is not well maintained. Dining options are very limited. Service was super slow. It seems the restaurant is highly understaffed. In room service was was also not available. Overall it was an average experience. Definitely a lot of scope of improvement in room-service and dining facilities for the property.

Excellent food and stay at the resort. Beautiful location. Good roads. The entire Waynad is amazing - with an abundance of tropical vegetation. Very pricey - though.
