If you plan to enjoy your stay, find another place. If you only need a place to sleep, then okay. No hairdryers, which is a basic amenity. Pressure low water pressure. Leaking kettle and water hose. Took them 3 days to respond to the complaints. Staff is friendly tho, but slow in responding to complaints. Swimming pool not accessible after 7 pm, which is sad. Bedding is not exactly clean, but it is fine. Doesn't provide floor mat.

Proses check in cepat. Parking ada kat luar rumah. Dekat dengan restoren, duty free, pantai cenang, dan laundry. Overall okay cuma pihak hotel perlu pastikan kebersihan bawah katil. Penuh sampah dan habuk

Hotel is clean .. Good service ... Sy stays 4 hours 3m .. Satisfied .. When we go home, every day there is housekeeping ... Only in the room there are mosquitoes 😅😅 .. But overall besttt ... I want to eat but it's fun .. Ade dobi lagi🤗

The room is spacious, the atmosphere is quiet, however, the toilet is a bit unsatisfactory in terms of broken pipes and slow water showers. Overall 4 star.

Family room is spacious. 5 mins walk to the beach. Swimming pool is an advantage. Near to duty free mall.

The room look exactly like in the picture. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is awesome. Will book again for our next trip. Thank you Sofea (a very helpful front office staff). Always smile.

Pool is good to go, free refill water, breakfast satisfying, just need some upgrade on the rooms.
