The hotel made my wife and I feel extremely welcome. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Nishi-Kawaguchi is also a nice neighbourhood.

Larger room than commonly available. The room had a walk-in bath separate from the toilet which is also uncommon. Clean and comfortable but not state of the art. Power outlets were rare. TV wasn't a smart tv and most of the other equipment was older too. But it all worked fine. Lots and lots of switches in the room. Honestly very good room for the price.

The property was a 5 min walk to the nearest train station, plus the restaurant around the area were delicious.

We had a superb stay. We will definitely come back. Its near JR train, restaurant (mcdo,kfc, coco, sukiya,matsuya etc), mall. Everyday we got new towel, bathrobe, toiletries. Restroom is very big with bathtub. Free breakfast is delicious.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The service I've received surpasses most services I've seen from 4 star hotels.
