Extremely nice and super friendly and helpful staff. Not bad on the amenities and a easy walk to the shopping district and restaurants.

Easy to get to from the station on the tram, and also to walk to the main attractions in Hiroshima. A lovely hotel and we would definitely stay there again. Could not find anything negative at all.

Helpful and kind staff, beds were not as comfortable as expected, however the room was clean and well maintained. We chose a non smoking double bed room and it was a good size. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained.

In a good location 20 min walk from peace park or few minutes on bus. Staff helpful at check in - looked after luggage. Plenty of free toiletries and soft towels. Tea, coffee and water freely available in reception and kettle in room. Cheap laundry room Very happy with my stay.

Mattress was really hard. You can feel the springs. Maybe it was just a spring box? My back was hurting after two nights of sleeping on that thing.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel was nice and clean, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillow was very thin. Wifi was also really bad.

Great hotel, the staff held on to my bags when I arrived early in the morning. Check in took seconds when I returned and they even took my bag up to my room. Location is perfect; just a few blocks from the entertainment district. I'd stay here again.

Good overall but a little dated

Friendly staff and great location. Hotel is older and there was a bit of a mildew smell in the room but otherwise clean with very friendly staff.

野球観戦で利用しました。電停からすぐで街中に有るので買物や食事には困りません。フロントに珈琲メーカーとお水のサーバーが有るのはとても嬉しかったです。フロントスタッフは基本良い方でしたが当たり外れが有る様に感じました。しいて言えばお部屋の清掃をもう少し丁寧にする様になると良いと思います。特にシャワーカーテンの汚れはだいぶ酷かったのとベッドの壁上にエアコン吹き出しの埃が沢山有りました。あと部屋のエアコンの風向きと風量調節範囲が狭過ぎるのでめちゃくちゃ寒かったです。全体的には良いホテルだと思いましたまた利用したいと思います。

エアコンの音、枕の低ささえ気にならなければ、とても面白い地域に位置する良質な古きホテルだと思います。懐かしいホテルを経験したければお勧めです。

Ordentliches, sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer, nettes Personal. Wenige Minuten zur Straßenbahn, mit der man den Atombomben-Gedenkpark mit Mahnmal und Friedensmuseum oder auch die Fähre zur Insel Miyajiama ohne Umsteigen erreichen kann.

スタッフさんは良かったです。清掃も大丈夫でした。宿泊した部屋のテレビのリモコンが選局出来なかった。ずーっとNHKを観てました。USB端子あると助かります。
