Not at all what we expected. The room was completely different than the photos. The bathroom was disgusting. The breakfast was disappointing. We did however, enjoy the pool... Don't drink the cocktails.

People were attentive. However, don't pay for meals there. Try to go out get a pizza or something else; their meals were not good at all.

Arrived after midnight. Told no reservation in my name

We only stayed one night and had good experience. Very convenient location and price for outside medina area. Hotel is a bit dated, but clean and Comfortable. Pleasant staff, but not great if you need English speakers. Best feature is amazing pool Area shared with irs sister hotel.
