My husband and I were so impressed with the hotel. Everything was perfect. We stayed for 1 week. And that wasn’t enough! Next time we will come back and stay longer!!!

Nice hotel. Good food. Clean hotel room. Very close to the beach. Big swimming pool. Complete facilities. Hotel staff is friendly and nice.

So far everything is fun and well maintained. The facilities are very complete, the clinic even has doctors and nurses. It's just that when we checked in on January 30, 2025, it was crowded, and we waited almost 1 hour to check in. Then our suitcases and some of our belongings were not delivered to the room for almost 1 hour, until finally we came to pick them up from the receptionist in the lobby. Need better communication and more agile staff. Everything else is okay, no problems. Good Job

Check in was a bit late but staff was very helpful and even gave a birthday surprise!:)

Everything was great, except for the mosquitos in the room … and also I wished there were more clear with the directional signs, it was pretty easy to get lost walking around the hotel premises. I love that the TV was compatible mirror screening from our devices.

We enjoyed our stay in Hyatt Regency, in terms of location, food, size of the room, swimming pool. Understood the hotel is aging, please make sure that all things are working well before handover keys to the customers. My wastafel is leakage and toilet smell bad all the time.

The friendly staff, the food, the spa, the gym, the beach, the surroundings, everything was perfect me! Surely 100 % I'll be back!

It 's an oldschool hotel but so well maintained. The lobby is beautiful. I did some work/attend a training online while staying there and it felt great. Restaurant in beachfront is good. All staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall my husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Hyatt Regency Bali.

A very comfortable place for a family-like staycation.

Facilities are run down, corridor very dirty, garden no maintenance and comforting and relaxing. But the linen are very clean and food are very good.

Excellent and relaxing stay at Hyatt Regency! We had 6 days vacation in Bali and it would not be any better break than this one. Hotel complex is very very comfortable and all facilities are first class. Room, breakfast, pool, dinner, extremely friendly staff. We liked a lot.

Pelayanan bagus, sarapan lumayan bervariasi meskipun ga semua menu ganti tp ada beberapa menu yang ganti, jadi ga bosan. Seneng nya kamar mandi dan kloset terpisah 🥰.

Di luar ekspektasi ternyata hotelnya bagus, ranjang juga gede muat untuk b3 tidur sama anak saya. Walau agak sempit kamar nya tp tetep nice, bersih, ranjang juga enak. Swimming pool ga boleh smoking, breakfast nya juga enak-enak makanan nya. Ada resto pizzeria juga enak! Bakal balik lagi sih ke hyatt ini… kemaren dapet harga promo lagi cuma 2jt. Seneng banget sayang cuma 2 malem.

Best hotel worth to buy worth to stay! The breakfast is really delicious, the place is a bit corner but the Sanur atmosphere is really there! The cleanliness is really well maintained, all the staff are helpful and friendly, the education at the beginning is really above standard. At night, we got gongxi oranges, when we arrived it was gongxi so there was a lion dance! Cu next time hyatt 👍🏻

Hyatt Regency Sanur Bali is beyond expectation. The service is excellent, the room is clean and spotless. The bed and pillow is comfortable too. Bathroom is very clean. The food for breakfast at Omang2 is good. But for my next stay at Hyatt I will ask for stay at building 1 or 2. Keep going Hyatt.
