Cozy and clean!!

Great location. Very comfortable place to stay with room, lobby, dining room, and rooftop patio. Breakfast was good, although a few more vegetarian options would have been nice.

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The staff were exceptionally welcoming.

Everything was great

The staff was fantastic--top to bottom they were friendly and helpful. Great room; comfortable bed; central location; very clean; very quiet; a good value. A physical refreshing would make this a 5-star rating, for example replacing the carpet on the main staircase, fill in missing tiles at the shower floor. All told, I would stay here again.

Excellent location walkable to major shopping areas and sights but tucked away on a small courtyard for a peaceful atmosphere for sleep. Great breakfast buffet to start your day before heading out for Viennese adventures!

Late check in was exceptional and so was the room. However, note the 6th floor includes a flight of stairs for your luggage as the lift stops at level 5. The other issue is the cleaner letting herself in without knocking. Three times on the last day commencing 8am despite a 11am check out.
