We loved our 2 night stay in this small fishing village. The staff were amazing! We were able to use their laundry facilities at no charge. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the heated bathroom floor!!!!

Beautiful room that overlooked the harbour. Kitchenette for guest use. Comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.

Great guest house - highly recommend

We spent two weeks traveling Iceland and this was the nicest lodging of the trip. Clean, beautiful view out the window, friendly staff. Also the restaurant right next store has amazing food and staff. 10/10 would recommend.

A quiet and cute hotel in a tiny town. The staff were so friendly, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a nice selection of items. I hope to stay there again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay here! Was able to check in early as the weather wasn’t in my favor. Updated, well kept and had amazing amenities and breakfast in the morning

Beautiful setting

The rooms were huge and newly renovated (hard vinyl flooring, floor to ceiling tiles in bathroom). I really appreciated the check in email from the hotel letting us know when the only restaurant in town closed, as well as the two closest restaurants in nearby towns. Perfect information at the right time to plan out our day into the area.

Clean tidy friendly

It was one of the cleanest and comfortable hostel I’ve ever stayed in around the world. From amenities to decorations, i could tell the owner cares about the place and the guests.

Super comfortable, very relaxing. Room was modern and clean. Heated bathroom floor. Shared space was nice. Breakfast was standard Icelandic style, coffee was good. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked the view. However, no staff at front desk after hours and force you to call them. We came in late and didn’t have international phone service so we had to call Expedia turning in USA service. Staff drove to property 30-40 min later and checked us in.

Very nice property in a beautiful small town... great "Half way" stop for a visit to the western fjords... amazing place and well worth the time...

Beautiful stay! One of our favorites in Iceland. The rooms were spacious and continental breakfast was a nice treat. Nice bathrooms and convenient parking across the lot right next to a gas pump.

Friendly staff. Nice and clean room

Excellent, comfortable property overlooking the harbour with easy street parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small kitchenette had everything needed for a short stay. Access to a washer and dryer was unexpected and much appreciated. Laundry detergent was provided. Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed our dinner in the adjacent Restaurant Vegamot which also houses a small grocery store and gift shop. Wish we had booked two nights!

Loved the little village and the convenience of the restaurant next door. Good breakfast, but the bedding was too hot.

Lovely receptionist who was very helpful.
