Great stay at Au Bon Coin, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming , the breakfast divine, the room perfectly cleaned! The hotel is located near the heart of Biarritz, in a quiet street. I would go back!

Lovely family run hotel. Such a warm welcome that continued throughout our stay. Unfortunately we had to leave 1/2 way through our stay due to a family bereavement. Great location for a trip to Biarritz

The staff is incredible! Friendly, warm, great local info, helped us print a document, really a special group. Room was comfortable. Location outside the hub bub but walkable.

The staff here were all sooo friendly and helpful! Wonderful European breakfast. Small cozy room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Easy walk to town and many good restaurants. Highly recommend!

We stayed for two nights in this lovely boutique hotel in Biarritz for two nights this week before starting the Camino de Santiago. It was really nice, the breakfasts were excellent, and the staff were amazing. When our train to St. Jean Pied de Port was cancelled at the last minute, they quickly solved the problem with a ride share taxi service. Highly recommended. And Biarritz is a beautiful city!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff is so friendly, helpful, speak several languages and truly take pride in their work. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here! The hotel is well cared for and the breakfast is amazing with many homemade and local items! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay in Biarritz!

We enjoyed our two day stay here. A very friendly welcome from the family run business. English speaking but tolerated my attempts to speak French! Easily a three star hotel in a good location, anout 5 minutes walk to the sea. Some nice restaurants nearbye. If and when we return we will be staying here!

The hotel experience was one of the best I've had anywhere. Both of the hosts/owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful and offered vast amounts of knowledge of the area and ways to enjoy our stay. Lovely tradiotional hotel, beautifully refurbished. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking on adjoining streets but popular. Hotel a few minutes walk from city centre. Overall great value.

What a wonderful small hotel. The host was exceptional, full of local information and very welcoming. Location great, would not hesitate in recommending this hotel in such a wonderful part of the world. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable hotel just a few steps away from the centre of Biarritz, and close to buses going to the airport or Bayonne etc. Delphine, Marie and the other staff at the hotel were very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of useful information on the area. The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent with local produce and even some home-made goodies. Highly recommended - we would stay again!
