A little bit far off

Great hotel - top value for money. OK location, easily reachable by direct train from airport or U-bahn. Recently renovated. A bit away from the center, but only a 15-20 min walk or 6 min to U-bahn.

Really nice hotel. 24 hour reception. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Wonderful shower. Clean. Easy commuting through local station. Competitively priced for Vienna standard. Room was a tad small but to be expected at this price range. Overall a great option.

Staff were very helpful recommended a local restaurant meal was fantastic

Room had everything we required although the room was very hot & stuffy even with the aircon on. Also was only one pillow which is very low. Other than this all good.

Decent hotel and good value. The girls on the desk/bar were really nice, friendly and helpful, but the manager on the evening I stayed was extremely all of and snooty. Strange really and such a stark contrast with the other friendly staff.

Great value, handy tram stop right outside and a short walk to train station. Lobby and bar was modern and cosy.

New, clean, comfortable. Ok location, quickly accessible using public transport. Good breakfast with a large selection. Service either extremely good or very poor, depending on whom you are dealing with. We checked in the evening with no reservations, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, even gave us a discount. Checkout was another story. A couple of millennial/GenZ types with no manners or interpersonal skills, sat there looking dour and uninterested in helping until spoken to. Then one reluctantly checked us out while the other didn’t even bother looking up. No thanks, good bye, just continued their conversation. Re-training would be useful in this service line of work.

This was a great budget hotel, 20 mins walk into the centre, staff were very helpful, hotel is very modern and clean. Great stay at a great price.

It was so clean,spacious and confortable. The location was perfect and as a lone woman i felt pefectly safe walking around at night time! I managed to explore with ease due to the location. Just perfect for what i wanted. The staff were so friendly and helpful i was welomed as soon as i arrived and had a free upgrade which was lovely. So glad i chose to stay here

It's ok for the area but better to find one closer to the city center

Rashim is a receptionist and so rude with us and her colleagues, fighting while we are waiting to check in, she is so disrespectful recommending to fire her.
