Amazing service and chic apartments

This is a horrible place the area it's self is extremely unsafe the service of the place is almost none existent, and there was no power to the area and accommodation.

This is a beautiful unit in a neighborhood where white people cannot safely walk. That is not my opinion-the desk clerk escorted us to the grocery and back, made sure our Uber was in front before we left the lobby, etc. The area is not rundown. I was sad that our visit was altered by this circumstance.

The apartment is nicely decorated, daily cleaning, quite and reception staff friendly. Marie and Tshepang were a call away and made my stay comfortable

This is a very nice apartment and the staff were very helpful. I didn't expect it, but since I had the windows open for the duration of my stay, I always got to hear the Muslim pre-dawn and evening call to prayers. I am not of that faith, but I still found it a highlight of each day. I also really like the extra large tub. I'm pretty big and haven't fit in a US standard tub in decades, so this was a real treat. If only it was located somewhere with more nearby dining options. Or maybe if I had my own vehicle and could buy groceries more easily.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view! Only complaint (minor) was only one elevator was in use.

The property is clean, spacious and truly self contained. For the price, the offerings were excellent. My only regret is that I wish I had known about it earlier. Anytime I am in Jo-burg, I will be at the Franklin Apartments!!

Stayed in the white room loved it. Except the shower could use more cleaning.

Great value for money, spacious apartment, lovely staff, safe. Being in Johannesburg city or meant we couldn’t walk much but take Uber everywhere which is very affordable. The apartment itself is really nice, nice bathroom & shower, nice towels, only thing is it doesn’t have air conditioning and wifi has a limit.

The manager as well as every staff member of the hotel were extremely helpful. The apartment was not only efficiently remodeled and fully equipped but also elegantly decorated. Highly recommended.

Very modern comfortable room. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice size TV less than premium channels...mid tier DSTV package. Very good wifi. Staff is very accomodating. I had one issue with neighbor who loudly disturbed the whole floor for 3 consecutive nights. They should have been evicted or police called because they ignored repeated warnings. But staff did move us to another floor. But sadly after the offenders had moved out of their own accord.

The place is amazing and extremely clean. The welcome is amazing and the entire environment is amazing am surprised it's only 4stars in my opinion its 5star plus. Enjoyed my stay and all bedding and kitchen was amazing I would recommend this place. Looking forward to my next stay and Marie and Thembie are real assets for this hotel.

The apartment rewards more than you will pay. Everything is perfect in this apartment.
