The shuttle service was excellent. The room was great. Desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The breakfast had lots of options. Unfortunately some.of the hot items were cold or overcooked.

Paid for king suite, but stayed in 2 queen beds instead. Was initially put into an Accessibility suite that had a king bed but the washroom was a disaster and floor carpets were dirty (that suite needs major renovation asap). Afterwards was put in a 2 queen bed suite which met expectations. Didn't bother checking the rate differences in the end but this should have never happened. Breakfast was provided so that was a good thing. Rest of the hotel was clean and well maintained otherwise. Parking was charged extra which was a disappointment.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Location was great- near to airport yet quiet accommodation. Complementary breakfast buffet was above average. Would not hesitate booking this hotel on our next stay in San Jose.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable! My room was spotless. The entire was quiet. I will use this hotel again soon.

First time staying at Hyatt House in San Jose. What a great experience from first step in lobby and being welcomed by Cecilia at the front desk. Cecilia was so amazing! Super friendly and helpful, such amazing service. So informative and made sure if we needed anything to just give her a call at the front desk or just ask anytime we were in the lobby. Cecilia went above and beyond my expectations...really top notch service!
