Very nice staff, quick check in and a great view

Modern building with nice middle eastern vibe… and that’s all I can say about this place

I would rate this hotel a 5 star if it wasn’t for their eco A/C. I had to call maintenance 3 times for a 5 day stay. We had a good night the first day and then that evening/next day our A/C broke down and it got extremely hot and it was 85 degrees in our room and would not change anything called maintenance and it was fixed. But then it would consist every night after that where the A/C would shut off and not come back on. So we would suffer every night in 85 degrees inside out room and nothing was done about it. They should should consider having an off and on switch on this. We would wake up sweating and would walk around hoping it would turn on the A/C but it would not function. If they would fix this they stay would be good.

We were in town to see an uncle that was in the hospital. Ricardo the manager of the hotel make you feel soooo welcomed. Super friendly and the entire staff always greets you with kindness. I will be staying at Baruk every time I get the chance to be in GDL!

Hotel was beautiful. Customer service was great. The only downside was that the pool was very small. But spent a lovely time.

The room is so hot, the air conditioning is so bad.

Front desk was very lazy and didnt have good service but everything else was very good. Bellboys were excellent!

I enjoyed my stay at the Baruk. I have stayed in many hotels in Guadalajara. This one is centrally located, within walking distance of many restaurants. The Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it!

Love staying at this hotel, it is my go to whenever I’m in town! Very centric and great restaurants just minutes away!

Excellent services

Nice and quiet

All good but can’t check in until an hour after my arrival because they had a system crash, but no one thought in a way to solve in the mean while or any attention, just wait with another 10 guests at the reception

This property was amazing, gym was clean and had the the essential machines and free weights.

El hotel en general es cómodo y la ubicación es buena, sin embargo el servicio deja que desear sobre todo el tema de la facturación, no te envían las facturas en tiempo y tienes que estar marcando para solicitarla y jamás contestan o te dicen que te la enviarán y no la envían y después simplemente no contestan.
