First off, this is a GREAT location, just a few steps away from Diocletian's Palace and the heart of the old city. We were on a tight budget for hotels on this vacation, but you would think that we were accustomed to five-star, swank hotels by the ambiance here. There are no cars allowed into the old city, but the hotel had a parking place in an enclosed garage about a ten-minute walk away. Someone from the hotel met us there and brought us to it. (I don't know if they have other parking places available; any hotel within the historic center will have limited parking, so make sure you inquire about this when booking.)

Housed in the exquisite “Nakić Palace”, and exemplar of Art Nouveau architecture, this hotel is ideally located on a picturesque square near the Riva (waterfront). It was a perfect place to stay for while awaiting a transfer to the Adriatic islands. This hotel is where you want to be…near Diocletian’s Palace, restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the ferry port. Highly recommend!

This hotel was centrally located to see all of the sights in Split. Large room that was very quiet. Staff was very helpful during our stay.

The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. It’s very pretty as well. It’s essentially located right on the square with everything you could need. The bottle of wine was a nice touch with a small table and chairs to relax while you drink it

The location of the property was good on Central Square inconvenient and the buildings exterior was very attractive. But the inside of the building was very tired and staff wasn’t that helpful. Our room was adequately decorated and had lovely views.

The property is located in a wonderful central area of the city. We did not have a great stay due to no electricity for half a day and no hot water - We were there for 2 days and no hot water. No money was refunded and no solution to move rooms etc..

The hotel had a great location and good access, the room was spacious as well as the bathroom which is rare. But the bed mattress was a hammock, so wore out that I couldn’t sleep. There seems that receptionist was the only staff available, thanks God we didn’t need anything urgent. So price/value was not good

Perfect location for walking everywhere. Restaurants abundant and shopping.. A little hard to find as name along alleyway and on 3rd floor.Would stay again room was lovely

Good location in old town, walking distance to everything. Rooms a bit outdated. Hot water went out and hotel staff was unable to provide any info as to when it would be working again, cold showers were not fun. Aside from an apology nothing was done to rectify situation. Don’t waste your money, stay somewhere nicer.

This is a property that holds three different hotels in the same building with ours being on the 3rd and 4th floors. It feels more like rooms for rent than hotel.

Hotel was lovely, rooms spacious and location excellent. Well decorated and clean. Hard to find… but perfectly located! Great place to stay and explore the city

Location was spectacular. Place was clean and confortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Finding parking was a little difficult. The entrance is a little tricky and there are other accomodations in the building. The bed was comfortable, but soft and I prefer a former mattress, but that wouldn't stop me from staying again.

Staff was very helpful and the location is perfectly placed in the center of the palace. Will definitely be returning.

The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging airport transportation and restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable! Location was perfect and enjoyed our 3 night stay!
