Hotel was hard to get to, especially with luggage. Room was small and dark. Water was cold. Not an option for families with kids. Management was very helpful and supportive of offering a refund and helping to find a new place for our stay in Meknes.

Inconveniently located with steps over about 50 metres and a locked gate, although the girl carried my cabin bag for me. The room was long and narrow with an insufficient 35cm on the side of the bed that had a brick base, causing scraping to the ankles! Only a small fan was provided, no aircon. It also was directly onto the bourajoue with the toilet right in front of a window. The shower was difficult without a curtain to contain the spray, and there was only an old worn mat on the floor, with no bath mat provided. Noisy and a lack of privacy. We ordered beef tagines for dinner which needed longer cooking for tenderness and cost more than most restaurants at 150 Dirham each. Breakfast was quite basic. But, the cook was a very pleasant lady. It appeared that the owner or host did not live on site. The area around the riad was not pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at the riad. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The terrace was peaceful with views over Meknes. We felt very welcome and looked after. The traditional evening meal we ate here was tasty and full of flavour.

Hosting was out of this worlf. No one could have msde ud more welcome. Highly recommend this Riad

This is a very basic Riad located in an excellent location just on the edge of the Medina. It had everything you need from a comfortable bed, hot shower, reliable wifi and good breakfast but the photo really gives a false impression of the condition of the place. The French speaking staff member was helpful and there was a man who spoke English when we arrived who explained how to enter and lock up. Bring your own toiletries as none were provided.

Arrived in heat if afternoon but no one available. Hidden in labyrinth of alleys and tunnels. Small dark room mezzanine level. Hard to know if it was clean or not. Very dim. Don’t expect everything to work eg a/c or shower. The intimacy of a Riad means you hear everything happening throughout the house during the night at 2 or 4 am. Bring earplugs.French or Arabic only. No English. tourist tax charge amount was random, I’m sure the ladies try their best.

We did not get to stay. We were supposed to contact the hotel in advance to get check-in instructions. We emailed two days ahead and got no response. We made multiple calls to the hotel over a period of 4 hours and got no answer. We called Hotels.com and were on the app/phone for 4 hours. We got no help and had to find a place to stay on our own. I will be in touch with you to demand a refund.

We loved everything about this Riad. It was the best one we experienced in Morocco and we stayed in several. Our room was so comfortable and spacious and the women who run the place were so kind and helpful.

Good location, welcoming and friendly staff, strong and reliable WiFi. Stayed during the Corona virus so only guest.

Authentic home in a bustling city near Volubilis which is amazing!

I absolutely adored my stay this Riad. The ladies that worked there was super friendly and nice, and made sure I had everything I needed. I absolutely loved the room up on the terrace, beautifully decorated and comfortable too. The Riad is easy to get too as well. Would definitely recommend it.

Two women which work in this riad do not speak English. So there are difficulties in understanding. Not ready to help.

Nous avons tout simplement pas eu le plaisir de séjourner dans ce riad car io était fermé et personne ne répondait au téléphone. Je vous le déconseille totalement.
