Enjoyed the entire stay

Inside of the condo was great and we enjoyed our stay; great view and upgraded. Outside - parking lot had not been shoveled and our parking spot was not accessible, the SUV beside us took up both spots so we had to park in guest parking so a bit of a walk. Stairs were pure ice and my son slid down five stairs on our arrival.

My family enjoyed a great SISO ski experience here.

Communication prior to our stay went unresponsive.sent two messages to the hotel/condo and did not receive a reply for either. Only received check-in information the day of our stay. The app does not work very well either for contacting

Loved the location of our condo unit. It was very spacious for the two of us. We had a nice view of the mountain and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

Great place for skiing with convenient ski in/out if the property is on the ground floor.

Place is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the heating system was broken. The maintenance crew tried to fix it cut no luck . We were provided with 2 electric heater instead and it was warm enough. Otherwise, the stay was perfect!

Stationnement indisponible, propreté très moyenne, décor et peinture des années 90. La direction du Château Bromont ne fait que louer les condos, ils ne veulent pas s’occuper des problèmes que les clients peuvent rencontrer. Nous avons passés 2 nuits au condo en famille, nous avions seulement 3 oreillers et des produits de bain pour maximum 2 personnes pour une nuit. Nous sommes allés à l’épicerie pour acheter savons et shampoing.

Great location, nice condo. Beds weren't very comfortable. No remote for smart TV, only cable box. Confusing check-in process. Overall, though, would happily go back!

Well located close to the water parc and the mountain. The place is nice and clean. Only issue was the vent system close to the bedroom that is very loud.

Very nice accommodation at the base of the mountain! Appears to be almost brand new. Kitchen was stocked with almost everything. Probably more than a couple needed for our two night stay, but families would love it.

Spacious!! All is there, no worries, it’s like moving in with just your minimum and again, so much space compared to a hotel - amazing for family vacation!!! 👌👌👌

The unit utilities should be inspected by management before delivery to be sure everything is working properly. The visitors fees are not reasonable regardless of the amount& should be an option. Other than that it was great experience.
