Booked 2 apartments in one booking they couldn’t have been further away from one another. 1 room was average the other room was very run down and dirty. It smelt damp. Showerhead broke and hot water pipe under sink burst maintenance came to fix but only sorted the shower head. Hot water pipe was left turned off rest of holiday. Pictures and descriptions show various water slides only 1 of these was open for 4 hours a day the rest are closed under 1st June.

No bed side table or lamp, only net window curtains - no proper for night time, shower water pressure way to high, balcony table fit for the bin, the bed felt like it had a tarpaulin under the sheet - not what I expected

Nice apartment and complexes . Great pool . The apartment is privately owned but is rented out by Benal Beach . The fridge freezer wasn't working when we arrived but they replaced it in a couple of days. Very comfortable bed , lovely shower and great size TV . Benal Beach staff was very helpful and we would stay there again. There is a bar area with snacks but there is no Club house for entertainment in the evening.

Were were forced to move rooms half way through our stay, to a far lessser apartment with no apology or compensation offered. This all with an elderly mum and young daughter, the new apartment had constant power cuts and very dated. Pool & Waterpark area was good

This was a lovely stay ❤️ Apartamentos very clean air-conditioning perfect. Diego who runs the bar area cant do enough for you and fantastic with all guests. Hotel its self is well kept we will definitely be coming back

Fantastic view of both the front gardens, sea and Bil Bil castle. 4th floor room 429. Staff were great. All area are very clean, the gardens are very well maintained.

Good location, pool area very busy iat the weekend

Really good pool, pool area and facilities but don’t like how you have to pay for sunbeds. Very friendly and useful staff. Spacious rooms with pretty balcony view.

We had a nice stay

Had a lovely time at Benalbeach apartments. Property was a little dated but clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Only down side was the ‘deposit’ policy. They took €100 on arrival but two days after returning I still haven’t got it back!

The complex itself is well maintained, however there was no mention on the Hotels.com site that this is a timeshare. Therefore if the owners don't supply items (hair dryer, iron) there is nothing the front desk can do. The apartment itself is very old and dated. Will not return. I suggest Hotels.com update their site to indicate these are timeshare appartments

very very bad we stayed end of may for 1 week and the noise was terrible and nobody did anything about it .staff at reception were not helpful at all .Apartments getting renovated and awake every morning at 9am.no rest at all even during the day or evening. Left my phone in the hotel when i left for airport and man on the reception would not help me at all regards getting my phone back very rude. would not recommend this hotel

Overall a lovely hotel, could tell it was a high standard originally but without being too harsh could do with updating around certain parts of the hotel. Great location, lovely pool, didn't have children with us but if we had, then would of been disappointed with main slide being closed.Would stay again with or without children as has enough to offer.

The apartment was very old fashioned and in need of an upgrade. We were unable to have a full shower as the hot water ran out every time. Our friends had an apartment in the same complex which was a different level all together. Very disappointed.

Room was a bit tired but more than adequate.bed very comfy.free wifi.only negative was no kettle. The hotels position between the beach and paloma park was perfect Overall very good value for money

everything was amazing

Well.. location of this property was good. Close to beach, train station and some shops. There was a bird and animal park next to the hotel that was plenty of fun with an eight year old. Though we had to wake up early every morning because of the roosters making a noise. The building was old and worn out. The room was not cleaned properly. All the cutlery and furniture was the cheapest possible, the knives didn't cut and pans didn't fry. The absolute worst thing was the pool area, "waterpark". You were staying at the hotel and you had to pay 4€ for a sunbed! No way placing a towel on the ground for it was scattered with bird droppings. And the sole waterslide was not open and the pool freezing cold.

Good location, good access to the beach, free parking, but the building and apartments are very old. No washing liquid provided on the apartment. Only a small roll of toilet paper provided. The toboggans as shown on the booking images, are partially open for 2 months in summer. If the hotel booking is a bit more expense, choose the hotel.

Majoitus erinomainen ja hinta laatu suhde hyvä. Todella iso allas alue ja sijainti lähellä rantaa sekä ravintoloita kuin kauppojakin. Huone siisti ja ilmalämpöpumppu erinomainen lisä. Huoneen löytäminen hankalaa kun ei ollut minkäänlaista alue karttaa ja hotellin vastaanoton henkilö puhui heikosti englantia.
