Very good, staff couldn’t do enough for you, didn’t use restaurant, only issue was I like the gym and the gym here was very poor, needs uodateting

The hotel is clean, and the area is quiet.

It is nice property

The staff at this property are not service friendly. They cannot understand basic requests and instructions. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms, and they could only provide one. We could not get basic services like printing a document or request for a cup of tea without us having to explain it over and over again. They charged my credit card for the 2 rooms and 1 additional room. I am still waiting for the credit.

The staff at the hotel were kind and friendly. The room wasn’t as clean as I thought. I shared photos with the reception to showcase the uncleanliness, where they changed my room twice in fact. When I asked for an upgrade as such a service is common for such an inconvenience, they declined and gave me nuts with fruits for free. The thing that pissed me off the most was the smell of the hotel rooms, which was like sewage for some reason.

One of the best, if not the best four-star properties in Riyadh will stay again.

I think this would be an ideal place to stay if you are travelling for business, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean

Hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable and the coffee is hot. These are good things. But I travel a lot and the way one is treated is really important. This hotel costs a lot of money in anyone's language but it's not Park Plaza, its a Travelodge. And that's how I felt I was treated, like they were doing me a favour just to let me have a room. This hotel is cheap compared to others in Riyadh but honestly, for what you get it's extremely expensive.

The best of this hotel is the breakfast and housekeeping staff

Decent hotel in a good location, but didn’t respond to emails, or offer Gold Member privileges. Breakfast buffet ok, but hot food tended to be a bit lukewarm. Comfortable room. Would stay there again.

Could be better. Gym was not properly functional.

Very good pricing given the location and quality of rooms. Good breakfast buffet with free parking are a huge perk. Did not receive any Expedia VIP benefits, however...

Check in/out was great! Property clean and modern. The only thing is the location is not the greatest. Hotel is right infront busy street and you can hear card honking, it is a very busy street, it woke me up in the morning. Other than that everything was great and I would recommend this hotel!
