A lovely overnight stay at the Grange Country House. We received a lovely welcome from Michael, he was very informative and helped us to get settled in quickly. He gave us a tour and explanation of where everything was and about breakfast. The room was perfect, very clean and excellent condition. The breakfast was delicious the next morning and everyone that worked there was smiling and helpful. We will be staying again.

This family gem is an absolute treasure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation, breakfast and friendly family welcome was outstanding. Couldn't recommend more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grange. The staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spotless and clean, the best we’ve stayed in since travelling through the UK. We would highly recommend this accommodation. The breakfast was very good as well.

Really lovely stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious but the dining tables were squeezed in together too tightly which made me feel a bit awkward. A genuinely great B&B in the Lakes.

I cannot recommend The Grange highly enough! We had an absolutely wonderful stay there and would go back any time. Everything from the warm welcome on arrival, to the immaculate room, the afternoon cakes and the amazing breakfast, was outstanding. Thank you!

This place is so nice in a nice peaceful location with amazing views about a 10 minute walk to centre just turn right out side hotel and follow road down but beware on way back it is very steep in parts not recommended for any walking issues check in was great also got room upgrade which was a lovely touch super friendly team at hotel can’t fault anything

The star of the Grange is the staff! Kind, warm, engaging and simply delightful! Room was large and comfortable and very clean! Bravo! Breakfast was outstanding! Sally is an absolute sweetheart!

When arrived shown room which was fine. I dropped the breakfast menu which went under bed, when i went to pick it up i looked under bed it was full of rubbish not just bits but packets& crisps. I reported it they were horrified We changed rooms which was fine After this is was wonderful. Breakfasts were grt

Beautiful surroundings, warm welcome on arrival and a lovely surprise room upgrade! Clean spacious rooms, tea and biscuits stocked up daily with house keeping. Very nice breakfast and great options. Staff are pleasant, professional and very friendly. I especially enjoyed the daily fresh bakery by the coffee machine in the communal lounge! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning

What a charming little B&B. Such a warm, inviting group of people. Our room was incredibly spacious with a gorgeous view and the cooked to order breakfast in the mornings was amazing. Just a short walk into town and lots of options to eat. Definitely the best stay we’ve had thus far on our trip. Thank you to Adam and the team at the grange!
