Lobby smelled of dirty diapers throughout our 3 nights stay. Our AC did not work well.

Wonderful hotel!

Bed bugs inside room

Property is clean and spacious. Front desk staff especially Claudio, is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and decent. Affordable. Nice pool.

I love it

The unique thing in this hotel was the washing machine, which was very necessary for customers. The second thing was the teams were friendly, helpful, and very wonderful.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and big however the sheets on the pull out bed were stained. The breakfast meat was undercooked people were practically eating raw bacon.

Only thing I didn't like was random homeless people on an inside the property. I don't know why this is allowed. People pay money to stay here an homeless are hanging out in the lobby!

Honestly, our stay would’ve been a five star. However, the first night we got there we arrived at 9 PM which I understand is late, but we had only been there for 20 minutes with three children with Autism trying to get them situated to go to bed and they called our room once and came your room to tell us they had noise complaints. I explained to them that we had literally just arrived and we’re trying to get everyone settled in and it’s not even 10 o’clock yet which is quite hours technically. I understand they were just doing their job, but they added more stress to an already stressful situation for me. So it was a little frustrating. the second night we had no issues. But we did end up leaving a day early cause we just didn’t feel comfortable staying after that.

The bed had either dust mites or bed bugs. Got a rash after staying the night.

Resolved an issue with the room with credit of points in hotel rewards program. Friendly staff.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Hospitality! Pool! Room was amazing! We will be back
