The design and view are beautiful, but the service is poor, the furniture is old and unclean, and the room services are not 5 stars. It is also difficult to reach.

The only negative aspect of this hotel was the location of the hotel.

Lovely place. Gorgeous views of the sea and our room was an upgrade with a long balcony to see the amazing Black Sea. Good breakfast. Comfortable. Helpful staff. We loved it.

The hotel is nice but poorly managed.. the front desk is only for check in abd out and run by one person.. on checking in there was a pregnant lady sitting alone at the front desk and tayed on a phone call for 10 min while we were standing in front of her without a simple apology. We booked transportation to the airport for 500 TL. When we were checking out, she asked us how much they told (she meant the previous staff) which gave an impression that the price might not be fixed!. Room service is not professional.. we requested grilled veal pieces, they sent instead beed entrecôte which was not cooked and when we complained to the front desk he said i am all alone here and i cannot do anything, so i spoke to the room service who sent to take the meat and sent back after 10 min blackish in color after puttin back on the grill but was still uncooked. We paid 450 TL for this bad plate. The area around the hotel is not good. What i really liked is the breakfast and also the 2 young man at the gate (doormen).
