Excellent service from front desk and staff in dining room; very polite and courteous. Great transportation service to and from airport and car rental service was very good. Exterior of hotel is nice, lobby is nice, and convenient location close to many shops, restaurants, theatres, and a grocery store right next door that is very convenient. Only negatives really was the room; which was in a generally poor state of repair. The bathroom faucet and soap dispenser was loose and about to fall off, beds were ok, cleanliness was ok but not great, and carpet was in poor condition as were other room amenities. Overall our stay was pleasant and satisfactory, mainly because the staff at the hotel were truly excellent, but the condition of the hotel does not warrant a 4-Star status in its current condition unless renovated and repaired.

Centrally located in a historical building, the Public House is a wonderful place to stay. The staff was lovely, especiallly Marco, Tamara, Tara, and David. The breakfast was delicious. There is a sauna and jacuzzi readily available. I had a great stay! Thank you!

The hotel was very clean. The staff were wonderful. The location is on point, so close to everything. The citys noise is not bothersome. Parking is very convenient, just make sure to reserve a spot prior to your arrival. The parking spots are quite tight, but you still get to have parking which is a feat in Belgrade. We stayed at one of the bigger rooms and it was more than enough space. Dont have anyhing negative to say. Will stay there again.

It is not a hotel, it is a house that has been equipped to be a hotel. In my opinion, it does not deserve to be given four stars because it is not well equipped. It deserves to be classified as two and a half stars.

Absolutely perfect! Staff provided excellent service. Their smallest room is still very spacious and luxurious. Definitely recommend booking the private spa during your stay.

Thank you! Me and my sister stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, and we were delighted with our stay. The hotel is in a walkable distance of the city centre and has a jacuzzi and sauna ( was nice to chill there after a long day of walking). The personnel were very friendly, and always happy to help. I would recommend to stay there. Breakfast was delicious and varied as well :)

My check in experience was great! The hotel location is close to everything. The stuff at the reception and at the breakfast buffet were very polite and helpful! Room was in excellent condition and very comfortable! My only complain was a very annoying smell from the bathroom pipes that could be avoided with the bathroom door closed. We reported it late to the reception and they were willing to relocate us to another room but we liked it and didn’t change. I would totally recommend it to anyone to stay there!

Excellent hotel with excellent located at the city centre. The room was clean, very comfortable and staff was friendly. Breakfast is the world’s best! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

It was an overall great stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were also kind enough to lend us a phone with unlimited internet access which made our stay in Belgrade all the more convenient and enjoyable. The place was spotless, quiet, and had a good breakfast. What more could I want. Hvala vam.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Coordinate an airport transfer with them (especially on arrival). Shower water temp was lukewarm one morning.

Nice modern hotel close to bus station, room and bathroom very nice Nice breakfast. Two issues though. If you get a room above the main road it is very noisy. Also the air condition units are dreadful and do not pump out much cold air
