The room is a bit smaller than I thought, but it's cheap for the price, with full amenities. I saw many low reviews but I think it's ok.

The building is pretty wore out and the overall place is old which makes it feel kind of dirty in general.

The room doesn't have hot water. The hotel explained that it's a solar water heater so it's not hot at night. But it's not hot during the day either :)))) The soundproofing is not good. You could say it's not soundproof 🥲 If you're not used to sleeping on a soft mattress, you probably won't be able to sleep here 🥲

Nice room, nice view of the hotel in front, the bathroom faucet is a bit old, the room has a view of the highway at 2 corners so it is very noisy, and the soundproofing is poor quality glass so you can hear the sound of cars very clearly. After that, I booked a room with a view of the swimming pool in front of the hotel and it was no longer noisy.

This is the best Cozsum branch I've ever stayed at. Reasonable price. Nice, clean room. Can't use the swimming pool, everything else is ok.

But there are two number 41 on the road so it's easy to get confused when taking a taxi.

The smell of floor cleaning soap was so strong that I couldn't breathe, there was no comb, no hair dryer... I had to ask the staff about anything I touched! Daily room cleaning was just folding the blankets and pillows? No trash, no checking for missing items. When I called the staff to take out the trash, they just mumbled. On a cold night, I asked for an extra blanket, but the staff probably gave me the one I was using :) The blanket was white but dirty, ivory black :) Over 500K/day of stay was really not worth the money!

The loft type is okay. It's just not nice to go up and down the stairs to the room and the sofa. The room is okay. Not really wow. There are lots of food in front of the residence. Varied and cheap. The only problem is the location, it's really far from District 1. So it's not suitable for those who want to go on vacation because all the tourist attractions are in District 1. Sonata Residence is in District 7. Yes, 30 minutes using Grab.

Polite staff. Clean bed. Indian restaurant ready to help. Cheap price. Good location near supermarket. Overall 10 points for quality. I also work as an hourly maid but I also want to have time with my husband so I chose to stay here. Good, cheap and nutritious. My husband and I stayed for only one night and slept very well. Thank you very much hotel.
