Just right for me. Not too much crowd around. Available food vendors was good.

Bed sheet not changed it has the smell of used bed sheet, difficult access to hotel, no working elevator in the morning to the MRT station.

The location is great, just 5min walk from the entrance to Station (RapidKL or MRT), surroundings have some convenience store (7/11, a rather complete local mart, and few eating places, I'd not call it as restaurant but might be handy). The room is okay, wifi is good, but the bathroom doesn't have proper bidet I'd say, similar to pub space toilet, not like those Japan built-in bidet or hose-based bidet. The breakfast is just okay but bit lacking in diversed variety, kinda expected, no pool but has okay-ish gym (but not complete either for machine-based gym tool, the dumbell is diversed tho), no welcome drink either (not sure if it's common in other KL accom). In general, kinda fair for value for money.

Everything was good, but there are cockroaches in the bathroom. Not a lot and the price of the hotel really exceed the expectation I have about the hotel, but there should not be cockroaches in the bathroom.

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable, the staff is also friendly, but unfortunately it is quite far from the city center.

I have never met any employee but rude, treating customers like that. I don't like the staff there. Let employees leave work, uncomfortable attitude (female staff)

the hotel is nice and modern. fragrant in every corner. there is ironing facility outside the room. very close to cafes, restaurants, clubs, markets and MRT

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pathway to the hotel from the MRT station is a bit dodgy but it was alright. The location of the hotel is very strategic, connected to the Chan Sow Lin station which is just a 5 mins walk away. The bed was comfy and service was great. Around the area, you can find mamak restaurants, convenience stores and more. Highly recommend if you want a hotel that is near to the city centre while also being convenient.

The front desk person was so rude! Hung me up before even I could finish my question. Then I started cursing his mom and family after that iam so relief. If you encountered this kind of person just curse straight to his face. Will never ever going to book at this hotel ever again. All the food for breakfast also terrible! The hotel also so smelly and using old furniture and AC cannot be controlled it was so hot! Overall it was so bad experience here.

The staff provided good service, the room was beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. There was a variety of food but I didn't really like the taste.

Even though the room is cleaned every day, there are still a lot of cockroaches.

Staff were very friendly. I stayed here because I have interview the next day. The staff even wish me well and were nice enough to let me put my luggage as I went for the interview. Very nice!
