Everything was great! Visiting my sister in nursing home, so it was convenient and a beautiful park right beside the hotel, also shopping for some grocery items next door! Perfect...thank you!

There is some wonderful walking trails nearby and lots of options for shopping and food. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we were on the fourth floor and had to carry our luggage up and down because the elevator was out of order. That’s a little strenuous when your hip is hurt. overall, we would stay again.

Would have preferred to have housekeeping since I stayed 3 nights but never done

I was told I could book an airport shuttle when I called the week before check in on the day I arrived (only one way two the airport, not both as advertised). When we arrived, we were not able to book the shuttle. The woman at the front dress was extremely rude about it, and when I questioned what I had been told, she argued with me in an extremely unprofessional way that I must have been wrong regarding the conversation I had with someone else days before. Hotel hallways were noisy up until midnight.

The room was very clean and comfortable. This was the nicest hotel room I’ve seen in awhile. Would highly recommend.

Easy stay close for airport travel!

Great short stay. Hotel was newer and in good condition. Friendly staff, good breakfast options and comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was awesome! Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and quiet! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Best part was Reba, the breakfast lady. What a delight to talk with.

We were in town to go to an author event at Cuyahoga County library in Strongsville. The hotel was very convenient to that. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was great, breakfast was great. Immediate area is very walkable which we love but weather not great. Would visit again in better weather.

Really happy with our stay. Staff super friendly and a lot of great added extras at the hotel too. Will stay again.
